Please treat this as your own condo as it is a privately owned property rather than a hotel room. Although no one always resides on-site, we will do our best to resolve any difficulties as soon as they arise. This room does not allow smoking.

Throughout your stay, you will receive bed sheets, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and starter trash bags.

Note: This property will not have access to the on-site gym.

This property is within a short drive from Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, and Ripley’s Aquarium. A quick drive will also take you to some of the area’s top restaurants, shopping malls, and golf courses. The property is in an excellent area in Myrtle Beach!

My stay was 11 days in the off season. The unit was very clean and welcoming. The only thing I noticed wrong was the seat of one of the dining room chairs was loose. I notified the host & got an immediate response! She was very attentive and checked to see if everything was ok periodically but not excessively. The view was good for the location. It was off season so a lot of the shops were closed along with the hotel restaurant. But very peaceful no problems at all. I would stay again!

Ocean so close to condo!

The Palace is oceanfront. Nice pools, bar and grill, hot tub and sauna. Large condo. Very clean. Very nice kitchen and fully stocked. Granite counter tops. Nice tile floor throughout condo. Very comfortable beds. Big Fish rental agency very responsive.
