Please note that guests will not be able to use the fitness room or the waterslides at The Cove. This room is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed in designated areas outside. This is a personally owned condo, not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your own home. If you have any problems, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. There is no one living on-site 24/7, so please contact us if you need anything.

Neighborhood
This property is conveniently located just steps from the beach. Enjoy swimming in the pools, walking on the beach, and dining at the on-site restaurants. The property is just a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley’s Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Many of the area’s popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are also just a short drive away.
Access
This rental includes the entire space plus access to all of the building’s amenities. We want you to feel at home during your stay. Please, don’t hesitate to ask if you need anything.

NOTE: Guests cannot use the indoor waterslides, or Marriott’s pool and not allowed to use the laundry facilities.

Once you enter the bedroom area, you’ll pass through the kitchen and into the living room, which leads to the balcony. The balcony has amazing ocean views, which are the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The unit has a full kitchen with a full-sized cooktop, microwave, and fridge.
Transit
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft to get around town. There is also Turo, which allows you to rent a car from a private individual. If you have any questions about getting around town, please feel free to send me a message.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and quaint. We had no issues. My only complaint is I wish the beds were a little more comfortable. Other than that very excellent stay.

The place itself was great and we enjoyed our stay overall. Only issue was the shower had low water pressure the whole time. We reported it and it took 2-3 days for someone to come out, and the “fix”, which was replacing the shower head, didn’t actually work, so we just dealt with it for the rest of the trip. We would’ve liked to see it handled faster/better and we felt we weren’t a top priority. Not a dealbreaker, but worth pointing out because we were paying to be there. Despite this, I didn’t want to leave a negative review due to one issue. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, and would be open to booking again.

The location was definitely the highlight — being right on the ocean with easy beach access made it very convenient and relaxing. The views were beautiful, and we enjoyed being close to restaurants, attractions, and activities for the kids. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. Check-in was simple, and communication was good. If you are looking for a convenient oceanfront location with quick beach access and a host that communicates well, this is a solid option for a Myrtle Beach getaway.

Overall the place was good ! You can’t beat the price or location ! I would recommend putting in new floor covering , updating mattresses, and furniture! I know it cost money but it would really improve the stay ! I would also take out the pictures of the water slides even though it states they aren’t included we thought it was another set of slides since it was listed in pictures ! Julie explained and apologized but I still had broken hearted kids ! I would def stay there again but sometimes things aren’t perfect but Julie was very helpful , price was great , and the location and amenities were fantastic! Thanks Julie i appreciated your communication and look forward to staying with you again ! I would however like to see some flooring changes and mattresses! Thanks again

Positive: The location was perfect. We were there for the cheer competition and we were close enough to walk. Loved the view from 21st floor. For the money the room was good. The pool and access to the beach were great. The hotel was clean and nice. Negative: The room is outdated. Needs renovated. The kitchen sink was clogged, damage to the interior door, and microwave door is busted but still worked. The blow dryer does not work. We were not given a key to the trash shoot.

It was cleaned, easy to walk to restaurants, parking garage right across the condo and beautiful ocean view. The pools were nice, cleaned, plenty of swimming towels, heated pools as described and kid friendly. Our kids enjoyed the kiddie pools and lazy river. We loved the condo with ocean view and the privacy for 6 people. We will definitely stay here again!

We have been going to the Breakers for years so we definitely love the property – booking thru VRBO was actually easier then booking directly with Breakers and checking in was perfect. My only comment about room is regarding the mattresses – it is definitely time to replace them we could not find one comfortable mattress so we ended up sleeping on Murphy Bed because while that too was uncomfortable it was a little bit better than beds – only comment I have on room – everything else was perfect.

Lovely oceanfront place. Within walking distance to various restaurants and the boardwalk. The only complaint my party of 6 females had, NOT ENOUGH TOWELS!! Luckily the hotel had towels by the pools so we took several of those. The contract stated housekeeping would come by every 2 or 3 days, we didn’t see anyone. We also had to buy TP. Other than those 2 small issues, the stay was great!

Had a lovely weekend stay at this property. Was very clean, AC was nice and cool. Kids had a great time going back and forth from the beach to the pools and back again. Elevators were busy but that was expected due to the crowd. Would definitely recommend for anyone.
