This room is smoke-free. Please note that this is a condo owned by the owner, not a hotel room. Kindly treat the property with care, as you would your own home. While we’re not always on-site, we’ll do our best to promptly address any issues that may arise.

NOTE:

The garage will undergo pressure washing of the walls and floors, as well as re-striping, beginning Sunday, April 12, 2026. (Vehicle will be Towed) We anticipate the garage will be open and ready for use by lunchtime on Friday, April 17th. During this time, you may utilize the garage across the street by the lobby.

Market Common, IMAX Theatre, Ripley’s Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach are all within a short drive away. A short drive gets you to many of the well-known sights, eateries, golf courses, and retail establishments in the area.

Great apartment with a perfect ocean view. There is no carpeting—which I loved, as I find it more hygienic. The kitchen closet is stocked with a mop, vacuum cleaner, and broom for those who like to keep things clean. I found the kitchen to be well-equipped. The apartment has been renovated, and everything is brand new. I wouldn’t recommend it to someone seeking peace and quiet, but it’s perfect for anyone looking for an oceanfront location with a pool, Jacuzzi, etc.

The condo was very clean with stylish decor. Views were breathtaking. The pools and grounds were well cared for. the location was perfect for us. We stayed 18 days and we’re not disappointed. The laundry room was not well taken care of and I would suggest finding a laundromat. A few of my tops came out with grease on them and very few washers worked.

We had a great spring break week. The condo is well laid out. I was traveling with 2 teenage boys. The condo was great! Everyone had their own spot. The kitchen has all you need. Make sure to bring your own spices. The bathroom is beautiful and spacious. You may need to bring a few extra towels. If you go through towels the way my family does. We felt like we were in a safe neighborhood. It was just steps to the beach and all the amenities were great! We will stay again and have talked about making it a spring break tradition.

Loved the room and the location. Unfortunately got there on a Wednesday swam in the pool Thursday then Thursday night pools were shut down for the rest of our stay which was sad but not the hosts fault it was the hotel. Would stay here again!

I am so glad that we booked this condo! I was beyond impressed with the view of the ocean. The amenities were perfect for my family: several pools, and walking access to the beach. The condo was clean for a beach side property (you’ll always deal with sand). Comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen had all of the things that we needed (could use some extra forks, and make sure to bring paper towels). Bathroom was nice, and clean. Check-in and Check-out came with detailed instructions. It just took a few minutes to figure out in which building the condo was located. Parking was easy because there are two parking garages. Minor maintenance repairs needed (mirror was cracked, lamp shade was broken, drywall needs repaired in some places). AC was comfortable, and appliance were all in working order. I would recommend this host, and would stay here again.

we loved our stay here, plenty of space for a family of 6, cleaning supplies were provided in the unit so I could keep it tidy too during our stay. Julie was very friendly and responsive. we will definitely be booking here again. The only thing I would change if I could would be updating the livingroom furniture as it is a little outdated and the chair has mildew dots all over it but I brought sheets to put over all the furniture anyway since my 1 year old is a gremlin. but we had a great time and one of the pools is literally a floor below! definitely book here!
