This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Please contact us if you need anything!

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Note: Motorcycles are allowed only on the 2nd floor.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I loved the view, especially from the pools, and the best part is that it’s right on the beach with shops nearby. My only suggestion is that they should add more pillows for the sofa bed and maybe a blanket. Otherwise, everything was great. I loved it and highly recommend it.

The view of the ocean was exactly what we were looking for, having coffee on the balcony at sunrise was perfect. The walk to CCMF was 9 blocks, it took about 10 minutes. The kitchen was small but ok for us to make breakfast in the mornings and snacks in the evening.

We had a great stay here! I had reached out ahead of time with a concern about the hot water based on some previous reviews, but I’m happy to report there were absolutely no issues during our visit. Everything worked perfectly. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with the host was easy and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others without hesitation!

We loved staying at Julie’s place. It was a bargain for the convenient location right on the beach, within 10 minutes to The Ripken Experience, Broadway at the Beach, and a short walk to The Boardwalk. The unit was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to prepare meals for the day.

A perfect spot to stay. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and 5 minute walk from Skywheel that I would recommend you take at least once on stay. The view from the balcony was one of my favorite things about the room.

Nice beach stay

My girls and I stayed here over their spring break. The location is great with many restaurants and the boardwalk within walking distance. Broadway on the Beach is a short drive away with good restaurants and amusement rides.The condo is self was the perfect size for 3 people. The girls used the bedroom and I slept on the sofa/pullout bed in the living room. A family of 4 or more would probably be a tight fit. There is a galley kitchen separating the bedroom from the living room with doors at both ends. The kitchen has a full size fridge and an oven, 12 cup coffee maker, plus silverware, plates, glasses, etc. If you plan on cooking some during your stay, there is no counter space in the kitchen for food prep. I actually had to set the coffee maker on the stove in order to make a cup of coffee. We didn’t cook, we walked to different restaurants each night for dinner. The balcony was perfect to enjoy sunrise and sunsets over the ocean. Beach was never crowded and the girls said the pool was nice. They especially enjoyed reading in the hammock. This was the perfect size for us and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Julie’s place! We received our code to get inside at 4PM, and we were pleased with the view from the 15th floor. The resort is within walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops and stores. We had to request clean sheets for the sofa bed, as there were a pile of sheets and a blanket left in a closet, and we needed hand towels. Julie was quick to respond and get everything we needed. We loved walking the beach and boardwalk and using the heated indoor lazy river, pool and hot tubs.

We had a wonderful time. Never stayed at this end of Myrtle Beach. We will be returning to this resort. No complaints. One thing that we did have trouble with was the Wi-Fi. Had trouble staying connected. But with such a Beautiful Resort, who needs wi-fi. Thank You for a wonderful stay.
