This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home, please be careful to not damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

NOTE:

The garage will undergo pressure washing of the walls and floors, as well as re-striping, beginning Sunday, April 12, 2026. (Vehicle will be Towed) We anticipate the garage will be open and ready for use by lunchtime on Friday, April 17th. During this time, you may utilize the garage across the street by the lobby.

Positive: The location was perfect! Not crowded and family friendly. Pools were great and property was clean! Negative: The elevators were very slow. The ones closer to the pool are faster. The parking garage is a very tight fit.

This is a very enjoyable, affordable room in a resort that offers something for all ages.

Positive: The view here is incredible! It fit our family of 5 perfectly. We were very comfortable and the facilities at the resort were all well-maintained. Our kids are 4, 12, and 10 months and everyone had something for them to enjoy about this suite. If we come back to Myrtle, I am definitely looking into this property again. Negative: Nothing.

I enjoyed my stay. The amenities were very nice. It was as described. The view was beautiful. Check in was very easy. The parking garage was the only issue. It was tough to park in unless you drive a small compact car.

Unit was clean, beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Unit had a musty smell, I think it’s just to be expected at any beach rental with carpets. Great price for as perfect for my little family, will return in future.

Very nice place overall. Had few things come up but Julie was open and listened to the things I had to share. Lots of things to do pools, hot tubs, game room, restaurant/bar, and little store for different items. Beautiful scenery and would recommend for others to stay. We had a good time as a family. Plenty of things to keep you and the kids busy.

This place was awesome for the low price offered. It was just what my girlfriend and I needed. Property management was super helpful in booking the place and during our stay. I highly recommend this unit if you need an inexpensive getaway! Will be returning!

We really wanted to find a place that had a separate bedroom and living area with our little one and for the price, cannot beat Julie’s place! Clean and comfortable. Had a great splash area and lazy river just for little ones. Beach bar was delicious and right by the pool area! We had a very relaxing family vacation and will be back.

Exactly what we needed with a reasonable price. Good location to get to attractions in both north and south Myrtle. Quick drive from the airport. Private access to the beach and great pool for the kiddies. We hope to be back.

Getting all our things up to the unit was a bit of a hassle, as finding a place to park to unload was tough. Very busy. The condo was nice, a bit smaller than we were expecting and had some mold on the AC units (which was promptly fixed by the host). The elevators in the building are can be such a pain because of how busy it is. While we were there people were getting stuck in the elevators for hours. There was some damage in the unit that we pointed out. Nothing serious. The views were great, the location is great. Would definitely stay here again. None of our issues were with the host or unit, but with the resort itself.

Was a great place my girls loved the pools and was great size for the short stay. The room did have a mildew smell when we first got there but went away after an few hours. Would for sure stay again for a long weekend stay!!!!! Very clean and staff around the building were all very nice and friendly.

Peak season in N Myrtle can be a nightmare but this gem was not only easy on the pockets but in a convenient location. Everything we needed (parking passes and wrist bands) were waiting in the room. No need to go to the front desk. I do recommend NOT parking in the parking deck across the street from the office as it is very tight and everyone is drawn to it upon arrival. Clean space with a beautiful ocean view. Indoor/outdoor pool access with hot tubs. Easy beach access but if you don’t have a room key you may not be able to participate in the breakfast buffet or bar at the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Overall, this was a great place. The room was a little smaller than I expected based off the pictures, and there was a slight musty smell upon entry. It seemed to come from one of the drawers in the chest of drawers in the bedroom. Kitchen was stocked with nearly everything you would need, except a cookie sheet. We made it work though! I do wish the hotel offered larger pools, or an additional pool to accommodate the volume of guests. Parking garage on ocean side was super tight, but the one across the street was perfect!

We’ve stayed at the Caravelle before so we knew what to except, but it was our first time at Julie’s place. Check in and out was easy as the instructions were very clear. Her place was clean and had tons to do for my babies. We would definitely stay here again.
