This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Please only smoke in these areas and these areas only.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
– North Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning September 21, 2026, with completion expected by January 2, 2027.
-South Elevator: Anticipated to be out of service beginning January 2, 2027, with completion expected by April 9, 2027.

During this time, one elevator will remain operational in the North Tower. From September 21, 2026, through April 9, 2027, residents and guests should expect to have access to a single elevator in the North Tower while the other is being modernized. The South Tower elevators will not be affected, and both will remain in operation.

Construction-related activity and occasional noise during normal working hours.

– All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.

Positive: The location is great. Plenty of shops and things to do nearby. Beautiful views and a short walk to the beach. Negative: Master bedroom got a little warm in the morning. Sun rises and hits the window and makes it warm up a bit but nothing too serious.

We had a really nice time and would return again. The Condo had everything you needed to enjoy a week vacation. I love sitting out on the balcony and having my coffee in the morning. Our grandson really appreciated the boogie board and nets. Having chairs and umbrellas available to use at the beach was a really nice addition. The only issue we had while we were there was the free Internet kept dropping. Thank you Julie for a great vacation.

The host was great! Very quick responses. Very proactive. We had a problem with garbage disposal upon arrival and she had maintenance come fix immediately. Condo looked just like pictures. Check in and out was very simple. Only thing we found an issue with was some of the cleaning of the condo. It’s was very dusty and there was dog hair on couch and floor. When it was listed as no pets allowed and I’m allergic to cats and dogs. But our family had a great time and plenty of space.

Beautiful Location! The balcony view was amazing! We loved the condo! It was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay!
Room was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Unit had everything you could need: cookware, dishes, extra towels and blankets. Views are amazing. Pool was super warm 3ft deep and lots of room to swim. Hot tub was great. Very quiet and peaceful area great for families and those that enjoy peaceful relaxation. Highly recommend checking out the Polynesian fire show, Tanger outlets and Villa Romano Restaurant.

Everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed staying in this condo. My one complaint was the hot water would run out fast. There was only 2 of us and we couldn’t shower at the same time. We were able to adjust our shower times and we worked it out so it wasn’t a deal breaker.

This is our second time staying at Julie’s condo in Myrtle Beach. We love our ocean front view from the balcony! The kitchen is well stocked, a nice dining area and spacious living room. The only minor complaint is the sheets are rough, but I’m spoiled to soft sheets lol but everything else is great! The condo is beautiful, in a safe convenient part of Myrtle beach. Tanger outlet is only about a 5 minute drive as well as close proximity to several great restaurants. We look forward to returning next year for our annual girls trip!

Julie’s place was beautiful and perfect for our family. It is literally on the beach. We had a teenager, and 8 year old, and an infant and we had so much space. Everything was a short drive away, which we didn’t mind. Overall it was spacious and clean and it made our stay a pleasant one.

The listing was as described. The beach was right outside of the hotel . It had a cozy feel to it and roomy for a family of 6 . This was a last minute booking and we had wish to stay longer but will be back . We had beach chair and umbrella of our own but they had that supplied in the unit if needed which is a huge plus . Thanks again for hosting us and we’re already looking to book our next vacation here .

Peaceful and secluded location. Outstanding view! Easy, fast trek from room to surf. Condo has a fantastic proximity to the elevators and beach access. Very quiet. Also extremely comfortable beds, couches, and plenty of dishes and towels. Non-white dish towels for kitchen would be a great addition! The pool was beautiful, albeit overcrowded (to be expected this time of year), but was more or less unenjoyable due to the very warm temperature of the pool. Bath water at best and not exactly refreshing in any way. But we didn’t come to the beach to swim in a pool so it didn’t affect our group at all. Just something to note. Overall a superb place to take a small group looking for a simple, easily accessible beachfront vacation. We will certainly be back and looking up Big Fish rentals!!

Great location and unit was very nice. Upon check-in there were a few maintenance issues (bound to happen), but the rental company was extremely responsive and made sure everything was fixed quickly.
