Notes
This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home, please be careful to not damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

NOTE:

The garage will undergo pressure washing of the walls and floors, as well as re-striping, beginning Sunday, April 12, 2026. (Vehicle will be Towed) We anticipate the garage will be open and ready for use by lunchtime on Friday, April 17th. During this time, you may utilize the garage across the street by the lobby.

Wonderful value—exactly as represented, quiet, comfortable and truly direct oceanfront.

Positive: We were very happy with our stay in Caravelle 418. The unit was exactly as represented in the listing and is truly direct oceanfront, with a private balcony and wonderful Oceanview. The studio was quiet and comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything we needed (there is no dishwasher, which was perfectly fine for us). Beach access was extremely easy, with a nearby wooden walkway directly to the beach and a convenient outdoor rinse station for washing sand from your feet, chairs and beach gear. If wondering about parking: two parking passes are included with the unit. There is an onsite Caravelle parking deck, and when this deck is full, there is an additional Caravelle parking deck directly across the street. There is also onsite security, he is quite observable and friendly. We also liked this. We also had a very good experience with the rental / management company. They were quick to respond before our stay, and their app and instructions made check-in / out and very easy. We had absolutely no issues that required assistance during our stay, however, we knew they were close by is so. Overall, we had a wonderful week and would happily stay in Caravelle 418 again. Negative: The overall ambient lighting could use a little improvement, particularly in the kitchenette, where the lighting felt more utilitarian vs warm / inviting. The beds were perfectly comfortable for us and we slept very well throughout our stay. They are, however, more in keeping with a value-oriented beach condo than a luxury hotel bed. If you’re looking for a Westin-style mattress and plush down bedding, this will not be quite that experience—but at the price point, we felt the accommodations were very appropriate and were quite happy with them.

The Airbnb was very affordable and the view was incredible. I highly recommend a stay here. Very comfortable. Parking could be tricky especially on the weekends in season. There is an overflow lot that was always empty and just a short walk across the street

Great stay

Great stay! My son loved the pool area. It was close to everything and the view from the room was perfect. We even saw dolphins from the balcony on the morning we were leaving. Just a heads up that the connected parking garage didn’t have an exit so if you get to the 6th level, be prepared to turn around in a tight spot! There is more parking across the street which was just fine when we got back late and the attached garage was full. Thanks Julie!
