Other than the little confusion about the door’s code and when it was available, everything went well

Other than the little confusion about the door’s code and when it was available, everything went well. The place was beautiful. The way it was described in the website was accurate. It was clean with the basic things that you need for your stay. The building has 3 working elevators with one has the access to the garage. Trolleys and cart are available at the main floor for ease of transporting your luggage or groceries. You might find the garage a little tight, and parking might be a little challenging but rest assured that your vehicle is safe. The place was located in a peace and quiet location . The view from the balcony overlooking the beach was awesome. We enjoyed our morning coffee there. Just like any other place, you just have to acknowledge the rules and everything will be alright. We will be happy to reserve the place again in the future if given the chance.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book here again! The condo was exactly as described and was the perfect size for a couple. We especially loved the beautiful beach view and the unbeatable location—you literally walk outside and you’re at the beach within minutes. Check-in was seamless, and the host’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. The parking garage can be a little tight to navigate, as other reviews have mentioned, but that’s a building issue and not a reflection of the host or the property. Overall, we had a great experience and will absolutely plan to stay here again the next time we visit the beach. Highly recommend!

A great spot steps from the beach. We loved our stay with easy access to a pool and beach. The building itself is a bit old and there were a few minor inconveniences in the details (e.g broken fridge door, usual things you find at an AirBnB like soap/shampoo) but none of this detracted from the overall stay. Bedroom and living space were comfy and great to lounge for me and my wife after a day at the beach. 10/10 recommend given the location—we’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Dear Julie, My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at your property. The space was beautiful, clean, and peaceful, providing exactly the retreat we needed. We also noted that the building itself is very well-maintained. The location is excellent, as it is within walking distance of the supermarket, various restaurants, and Broadway at the Beach. My fiance and I loved our stay here and definitely will book again. The minor maintenence issue we faced at the beginning our our trip was handled quickly and the check in and check out process was very easy. Being on the 16th floor meant an amazing view without the street traffic noise coming in. There is also an indoor and outdoor pool along with a hot tub you can access up until 10pm that we took advantage of. We had a great trip!

This is our second/third time renting from Julie. We stayed the previous week through Big Fish rentals. This location was a last minute decision to stay. We had booked the previous week with Julie and decided to stay another week. I reached out via text and Julie was able to help us find another location that was in the same location. The views from this location are amazing. We will definitely rent from Big Fish again.

Could not have been any better. Except they need a better way too park as our last night we parked after a long day and went to leave our car was towed. We had put our tag on the mirror but not that good and left my window down a little and the wind blew it onto the floor so they towed our car. Bad ending but had nothing to do with the host.

My wife and I stayed just a few nights for our anniversary and it was perfect! The area is beautiful and seems less crowded than other parts of Myrtle Beach. Julie was very easy to work with and there was no picking up or dropping off keys. The pools were very nice and since we had some rain we really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing time at the beach!

You get your check in code right at 4pm unless u book for early check-in the place looks exactly like the pictures and the view was amazing. This condo is in a quiet, safe, beautiful part of Myrtle Beach. Host was responsive and condo was clean on arrival. Only negative to this place is the parking garage, which cannot blame host/condo for. It’s extremely narrow!! Very tough to fit our mid-sized SUV through there. Easy access to the beach and the pool. Overall had a great experience and stay!!

Great place very clean and modern- steps away from the beach. The view is beautiful but the parking is a NIGHTMARE I got two tickets even with a decal in the window. You get ticketed based on the size and length of your vehicle. Also has and issue with deposing garage it’s requested that you dump your own trash. I walked around the entire property and couldn’t find where to dump it. Luckily a staff member took it from me and placed it in a garbage bin outside.

Amazing spot would definitely recommend and would book for any Myrtle Beach trip if available. Only complaint I have is the parking is tight tight but that’s only negative and not on the host.

This was my first time doing Airbnb for my anniversary. We arrived late and still receive a welcome text from Julie checking to make sure all was well. We received the keypad code exactly at 4:00pm on the day for check-in. We love the 2 Bathroom sinks, big shower and especially 2 TVs. Now the balcony is awesome with enough seating. Now this was the Kicker: The Sun comes up on the left side of the building and shines across the sky and beach in front of the balcony. We were able to take a beautiful picture. We also enjoy our coffee watching the sunrise and listening to the devotional every morning. Oh, that reminds me about K-cup coffee maker and a drip coffee maker if desire. We will be looking forward to staying again in the near future. Thanks, Julie for blessing our anniversary! 5 Star for us! Parking: Do not park on the streets. Please Park on the premises!
