-Elevator #5 (Pinacle Building) is out of service until further notice (estimated 3-5 weeks)

AMENITIES: Starting 9/1/21, guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), waterslide, laundry facility, kids’ slide area, or fitness center. All other water features are available, except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.

PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.
Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.

This was our first Airbnb experience, and overall we really enjoyed our stay

This was our first Airbnb experience, and overall we really enjoyed our stay! Cons: We were expected to print our own parking passes, which we weren’t prepared for, but thankfully the receptionist provided us with one. There were a noticeable humid/musty smell, a couple of stains on the sofa bed, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable for sleeping. The oven was left dirty, and the shower ceiling had some peeling paint. Guests should also be aware that there are some cleaning requirements before checkout. The dumpster was a little difficult to find, but an employee kindly helped us. Pros: The price and location were excellent! It’s oceanfront, with the pool right outside and the beach just steps away. It was quiet and perfect for us as a couple. Julie was an excellent host and gave us our privacy 🤭. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily book with Julie again next year!

We had a wonderful stay in Myrtle Beach and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The host was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and clearly put a lot of care into making sure guests feel comfortable and at home. The place itself was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and perfectly set up for a relaxing family stay. Every detail seemed considered, from the bed to the well-equipped space that made our daily routine easy and enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids absolutely loved the heated pools and lazy river. It was such a fun and unique feature that made the stay even more special for them. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise view over the beach right from the room was simply unforgettable. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the bbq area and tables just outside. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach and gladly stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. For the price, the location was amazing!! Beautiful views!!! So much to do on location at the resort. Check in was easy as well as check in. The resort provides clean towels daily which was super nice. Only negative: There was a stinky odor in the Cabinets under the sink and to the left and right. It reminded me of strong chemical mixed with moth balls. Note: There are tons of unexpected visitors at the resort……..CATS!! Lots and lots of cats!! You can smell cat urine in several spots while walking through the resort(not in the AIRBNB) and you may have a decapitated birds head or two on the porch a few times throughout your stay. I hope you LOVE skittish cats!! 🤪 Overall, we would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

You really get what you pay for. Perfect for kids. Close to everything. Stray cats were a plus for us lol. It’s a resort, but you do not get access to resort things, like- room cleanings, trash disposal, clean towels (for your room), laundry or the water slides. Would stay here again!

This was our first time using Airbnb and it was a very pleasant experience. We normally stay at a campground when we come to myrtle, but this was a short weekend trip for our anniversary and we wanted something easy with lots of stuff to do for our toddler so we were very pleased. The condo was clean and exactly like the pictures showed. We will definitely recommend and use again for shorter trips in the future!

Great place with amazing access to the pool deck! So many amenities! Note that private renters do not receive the blue wristbands needed for the water slides. Also note that there are so many other amenities, the water slides wasn’t even missed by our little one. It was a great stay!

Quite hours?

We had a great time and enjoyed the property. My only concern was the lack of quiet time after 11 or 12 o’clock at night. On the weekend we were woken up several times by either loud cars or motorcycles in the parking deck or from noise from above condos.

Had a lovely time! Great location- right on beach! We went in early March but if we had gone later we would have definitely made a lot more use of our beach proximity!! The place was great and if we had any questions, Julie was quick to respond via text. We were right in front of the heated lazy river too which made for enjoyable evenings, plus the tiki bar is close. Very close drive to boardwalk and other restaurants. If you’re like me and need coffee first thing in the morning, they have a K-cup machine and regular drip brewer. Kitchen ware is provided. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you again!

Love this condo so much, specially the access to the pool and the beach right through the balcony doors. My family and I had a blast. I do have a suggestion, it will need bigger cooking wear (big pans and pots). If you coming for the weekend it has what you need but for big meals no and I love home meals, I struggled cooking a little. But this was very minimum issue for me anyways. Loved the grills by the pools! The music, the view, well everything ❤️ Will definitely come back here. Thank you Julie!

Vacation 2024

There were some things damaged in the room (i.e. ripped pillowcases, etc), but nothing that effected our stay or hindered our ability to have a good vacation. I was able to contact someone right away about these things and got a fast response. Check in and check out was easy. The location of the room right next to the pool and steps away from the beach was great for us.

LOVED the view and the room! No problems at all….CLEAN! The view was absolutely awesome! Enjoyed the cats running around. Easy walk to car and to beach.. ONLY and ONLY complaint was the beds were awful! We both woke up with a backache every morning. BUT……………………….LOVED everything else! Still giving it a 5!!!!! ( Nothing is ever perfect, some like a hard bed OR some like a soft bed! ) Still giving it a 5!!!! ! For the money it was AWESOME! Julie and her staff were there to answer every lil question I had!

Julie and her staff was very helpful and responded fast with great customer service. Visited Myrtle Beach for sons freshman All-American football game. Room was nice and exactly as described. Peaceful and quiet. loved the heated lazy river and pool right outside of the room. The only downside was the stray cats but no fault of host. Definitely will recommend and stay again if every back in Myrtle Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place. It was a little confusing to find based on instructions, but once we figured out where it was, we were pleased with the easy access from the parking garage. The room was clean and cool upon our arrival. The weird thing was that the sheets were not on the bed. We brought our own so not a big deal for us, but still kinda weird. The room was perfect size for our small family of three. It would be a small space for three or more adults. The bathroom is very small, sitting on the toilet, your extended feet will touch the wall in front of you. Being able to access the lazy river right from our balcony was amazing! Also the beach access is very close and was awesome! My only recommendation would be to provide a bigger frying pan and hand soap. Also there are signs saying use the makeup towels, but none were provided. Overall a lovely stay and we would love to come back for another stay in the future! 😀

We had a great stay at Julie’s. Being right on the beach was amazing. I was worried at first about the noise level being so close to the parking garage but we used a couple of white noise machines and slept without a problem.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The location was absolutely perfect, being oceanfront and steps to the beach, lazy river and surrounding pool areas. The communication was impeccable, with response times being extremely quick. The best part is that we were able to bring our fur baby, which was really important to us!
