While we are dedicated to promptly addressing any concerns, please understand that there is no on-site 24/7 resident available.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Schooner building is undergoing renovations on each floor. However, our unit is available for booking and remains in rentable condition.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guests will not have access to the waterslides. All other amenities are accessible. except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.

AMENITIES: Starting 9/1/21, guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, kids’ slide area, or fitness center. All other water features are available, except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.

PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed from March 1 to October 31.
Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30+ days) from November to February.

We really enjoyed staying here, there was a lot of pools for the kids to play in and grills to cook on and a view of the ocean. The room was easy to find and Julie was really good about communicating with us.

It was a quick trip and the condo was just what we needed. The ocean front was very nice.

Had a great stay at this condo. There were no reviews at the time I booked so I was hesitant, but couldn’t pass up for the price. Pros: extremely affordable. great location, felt more secluded (in a good way) than other places I have stayed in the past. the resort was beautiful, this condo specifically had a great view from the balcony. felt safe during my stay and the resort seemed to be recently renovated. the unit was located directly off a parking garage so I was able to park very close on the same floor for easy loading/unloading. AC worked great. unit had everything I needed. Cons: slightly difficult finding the unit even with the instructions provided, went into the wrong building at first. also had to clarify where to park with the front desk because the instructions I received had some conflicting info. one of the beds was somewhat creaky and I found it a little difficult to sleep on due to the noise. Overall, I would return to this unit and I definitely recommend!

Great ocean front location

This property was clean, safe, and a direct ocean front property. 4th floor view over the pool and parking on the deck right outside the room. Very basic accommodations but the price was unbeatable. We plan on being back year after year.

Best place we ever stayed at. Julie communicated with us very well. Our original booking, the power was undergoing repair and she moved us to a different location. Julie was excellent. Exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book with her again in the future.

Good property, convenient parking and nice condo.

Property was nice with lots of pools and things to do. Parking was very convenient. The parking garage spaces were just a few steps from the condo door. Room was pretty nice with a bedroom and front room w/ a bed. Beds were ok. Front one was pretty hard. Be aware that the couch in the front room reclines fairly flat, but does NOT pull out into a bed. Not really usable to sleep unless a very small kid. Overall it was great. I would stay there again.

This was my first time using Airbnb. I feel lucky to have had Julie as my host, she made everything so easy. My stay was a great value, it was so good I added another day. My wife and daughter loved the resort’s pools and hot tubs. We ate breakfast at the compass rose one morning. When we were on the beach we ordered food and drinks from the tiki bar. I hope to do business with her on other vacations . Great experience!

As trip was last minute thought, being able to procure an ocean front view for a very reasonable price was fabulous. The entrance to the room was amazing. An overlooked option, wss eay to get to the room. Able to park in parking garage on room level and entrance to the room was right there. No stairs or elevators and no enclosed entrance that would require a key card. Maybe for some this is a security issue but for me it was a welcomed entrance. The pool was a bit crowded but to be expected and a nice lazy river. We spent most of the days out at Broadway at the beach but that’s a very short drive. The A/C in both rooms worked great. The shower/tub drained slow but ive seen worse. First time using an AirBnB. Julie was responsive and available to any needs we might have needed.

Big Fish Rentals was the perfect choice for my buddy and I during our golf trip to Myrtle Beach. We totally had enough of our own space within the condo, I loved the fact this was in a resort but set up cozy and home-like inside the rental. Even with our stay being separate from the resort itself, the staff present were beyond helpful at some of the free amenities that we definitely squeezed in some time to take advantage of. The Host sent simple, warm welcoming reminders ahead of our stay that were not drawn out to be complex, and checking-in on our own was easy peasy. We loved the ocean view from our condo and were so appreciative of all this condo had to offer. Looking back now the value was unbeatable compared to all of our recent weekend golf trips for what we needed to accommodate a brief stay, many thanks to Julie and team at Big Fish! We appreciate all the thoughtfulness you put into every detail for us.

Not a whole lot to say other than wow it was a great little place for us during our volleyball tournament to stay very convenient location prime downtown walking the spot was very well cleaned upon arrival the outside lazy River was not up and running but we made it through without it great beach access spot Julie was a wonderful host to work with very responsive next time we plan s a trip here it Will definitely be with her!!!!!!
