This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located in the back of the property; and no access to 40-foot-tall waterpark! There is also no access to the onsite Starbucks, food, and bar at the pool and mini-golf.

She was very communicative and helpful. The room was great and matched everything in the description. I did have some issues working the TV but it was no big deal, didn’t watch much TV. I definitely enjoyed my stay, I would definitely book this again and I recommend it to all.

Julie’s rental at Myrtle Beach was well worth the money. She was very informative, clear instructions about checking in and out, comfortable bedding, plus access to on-site amenities such as free parking, indoor and outdoor pool, and gym. Highly recommended.

Overall the place was beautiful and was a lovely place to stay !! At first we were a bit confused on where the resort was because there are multiple spots with a similar address or the same address so we ended up going to the wrong one at first. After we figured out where it actually was the place was beautiful, you get a decent view of the beach, and the pools and lazy river below you. You also get to avoid the check in/ check out line and can do it all directly through the app which saved us some time! One of my only complaints and it’s extremely minor but if you rent through Air Bnb, you don’t get access to some of the amenities downstairs like the restaurants, the arcades, starbucks machine, ect. Only things you’re able to go to within the resort are the pools and the laundry room but we honestly didn’t mind it that much. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and there is direct access to the beach, definitely would stay here again ! The host was also so helpful, 10/10.

It’s a shame I had to give this place such a bad rating but none of it was the fault of the host Julie. The staff is rude and don’t care about helping AirBnB guests. I sprained my ankle whole staying there with another host before Julie and they wouldn’t let me park out front since I was using crutches. I told them my keycard didn’t work and they said it’s AirBnB’s problem and to contact them. So I was left constantly walking to the front of the building no matter where I was. Whenever I had a question they acted like ao was an Inconvenience. Whole place smelled mold, smoke, and some other things I shouldn’t say on here. Julie’s place however smelled better than the rest of the place. Pools were dirty. It was loud. someone was shot almost right outside the door. The other day then more gunshots two nights ago. Julie is always a great host and this review says nothing bad about her. Just I would suggest wait till off season to stay at Landmark. Julie has many other properties…
