This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Note: Guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, kids slide area and fitness center; All other water features are available

This is our 3 or 4th time staying in this specific unit. Great location right off the elevator and over one of the outdoor hot tubs. Only a few minute walk from springmaid pier and Damon’s. This is the southern most area of Myrtle and is bar none the most peaceful area. Julie and her team are super friendly and responsive, the room is great and it will continue to be our top choice for our multiple stays a year.

Ended up checking in late on a holiday weekend, upon arrival noticed the shower had been leaking from the faucet, immediately messaged Julie and she had someone out to help within minutes. The staff is phenomenal and we have solely been staying with Julie for 5+ years, and we won’t rent from anyone else. Now to what you’re wanting to know how was the room 100/10. Newly renovated kitchen is not notched & full sized appliances. The king size bed was so comfy. Tons of room and lots of perks. Room location is top tier, right near the elevators that lead directly into to pools! 23 bodies of water on the property, tons of parking, very clean, and safe location. Walking distance to Springmaid Pier. Convent to grocery stores, gas stations, airport, but a 5-10 minute drive to the boardwalk, and few people on the beach. This is our favorite resort and room!

Julie’s place was accurately described and had a beautiful view of the beach. Right in the middle of the boardwalk. Lots of places to eat and easy access to the mall and airport. I’d say a 10 outta 10 and we’ll stay again!

The parking garage was a little bit annoying late at night, it seemed like there weren’t enough spots but there is additional parking across the street. I absolutely loved the location! The private balcony was a GREAT touch. We did get hit with the some heavy winds from Hurricane Helene, but it made the lazy rivers and pools a lot of fun. Julie responded quickly whenever, necessary! I was nervous about the 80 something rules we had to read prior to checking in, and we kind of walked on eggshells with not getting sand everywhere and not staining anything, but I would definitely stay here again!

Nice, ocean side view with a clean room and after a short elevator ride easy access to the beach! Room was clean and every appliance worked great and were clean also! Very specific instructions/communication from checking in, to “is everything as expected”, to details on how to check out. Lots to do and great places to eat within a 15 minute drive. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend for a smaller family like ours looking to get some beach time in a not so populated beach area!

Room was exactly as pictured. Nicely renovated and very clean. Couple of areas where paint was nicked off walls from previous guests but not a big deal. Had one issue with a dirty blanket. Julie and her crew were very responsive and took care of the problem. Beautiful views from the balcony …BUT…Compass Cove resort is not all that !! Seems old and run down and definitely not as pictures show. Pools are smaller than shown in pictures, water never looked clean and clear, and when there were 30 or more people in a small pool…. NO thank you !!
