This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

We found the property exactly as described and clean and properly furnished. Property management cooperated to allow entry and unloading luggage. We were pleased with the view and amenities. Spectrum internet was slow (8-12Mbps at times) but it was a feature we did not need often. Would recommend the property and would stay again.

All bedrooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathrooms were squeaky clean and fresh. Everything about this space was 10/10! The host was very responsive and thorough, always helpful! What can’t I say. The place was absolutely amazing! The view was everything.When they say the bed was so comfy yassssss that bed was everything. I have no complaints I would absolutely bring my family again.. There was a little hiccup at the desk but it eventually was fixed they were all fantastic either way.. This was the perfect getaway…

We loved staying here and our condo/furnishings/decor was clean and modern. Great large doors to open and feel/hear the ocean breeze! Just a few tiny issues: the flooring needs to be cleaned more throughly/often/better cleaner-pretty dirty socks/bare feet. Linen covers had some stains and sheets need to be replaced-pilling. Refrigerator ice maker was frozen-in and unusable. The water filter in refrigerator replacement light was on upon arrival and water did taste funny. So those need to be looked at. Minor issues. Safe building/surroundings. Easy Beach access, clean beach with walkable sand, nice pool area-has wished the tiki bar advertised was open though. Overall, bueautiful condo to rent, lovely time there!!

The bed in the Master Bedroom was so comfortable that it made it easy to stay without feeling like we needed to hurry home so we could get a good nights rest. The view was fabulous looking over the beach. Julie was great to work with! I would recommend this Condo to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay—it was the perfect weekend getaway! The place is gorgeous, very spacious, and spotless. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. It’s large, open, and clean, with two very nice rooms and bathrooms. Parking was easy, and the staff was super friendly. We absolutely loved it! We stayed in November, so it was the off-season for the beach, which allowed us to get a great deal. I imagine the pricing goes up significantly during the summer, but the view, location, and quality of the place are worth every penny. We would love to stay here again—likely in the off-season again to offset the cost! Thank you again for hosting us and having us!

The ocean view was excellent and all 2 bedrooms and living area could enter the balconies. The sun covered the balconies late morning until the sun went down. Also our vehicle could always be seen from our balcony. No safety concerns at all. This is a very luxurious condo and a real joy to rent. 4 elevators were very fast and easy access to the beach and vehicle. Also security guards at front entrance. Would stay again. Easy everything for a great vacation.

Our stay at this Maison Sur Mer condo was absolute perfection. The 15th-floor sunset views were breathtaking, and the two large balconies were furnished with the most comfortable patio seating I’ve ever experienced — especially appreciated as a 6’2” plus-size woman. The condo was spotless and stunning, with beautiful stonework everywhere and the nicest bathrooms and showers we’ve ever seen. Five sliding doors, perfect sun-shades, dimmer lights in every room, modern cabinetry, a fully equipped kitchen, elegant towel folding, advanced TVs, a colorful fireplace stand, and even a cocktail bar with cooler — every detail felt luxurious. Dining with takeout on the balcony at sunset every night was the most elegant beach experience of our lives. The ocean breeze, views, and coziness made it magical. Huge thanks to Julie with Big Fish Rentals for the warm, helpful hosting. We were completely spoiled and can’t wait to return!

Pictures really don’t do justice to the view that you have. All day long you have sweeping views of the ocean as well as the dunes golf course off to the right. At night you can catch the most beautiful sunset. We found ourselves trying to rush home just so that we could be there to see it. Location is fantastic. We love that area so walkable too other locations and the estuary. As far as the unit, it was fantastic. The furniture and the beds were very comfortable the bathroom while it’s modern with stand-up showers, barely no complaints at all. We we’ll definitely be back hopefully for two weeks next time.😀
