Please treat this accomodation with the same consideration and decency that you would your own house. Although we try our best to respond to any issues as soon as possible, please be aware that we are not always on-site.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guests will not have access to the waterslides. All other amenities are accessible. except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.

Up to four people can be accommodated in our oceanfront condominium with a king bed, Murphy bed, and sleeper sofa. Full-sized appliances and a private bathroom are included. Savor the sight of the breaking dawn from your own balcony overlooking the ocean. The resort has great features like indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, and kiddie pools. It’s an amazing apartment in a fantastic resort.

The airport is easily accessible, and there are many of practical transit choices available, including Uber, taxis, and rental cars.

We stayed for several days and had the best time. The space was everything advertised and met our needs. We had three adults and one toddler and the space was perfect and fit pack and play well. Great beach access, not too crowded, pools were fun especially for the toddler. Julie was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Julie was very attentive to my emails

Julie was very attentive to my emails! Responded right away! We were very confused with the check in and the key card! She was very helpful! Only drawback was that she told us the key card was for after hours and it is for all the doors and parking garage! We were locked out a lot! The bathroom had lots of hair on floor and tub when we checked in! I had to clean it! And there was not a blanket for the Murphy bed! Other than that it was great!

It’s everything we expected from the description! The place was lovely and well kept! The view including sunrise was stunning! There were even fireworks close by which was beautiful to see from the balcony. The instructions were clear. We were not disappointed!!! We will definitely stay at this location again!!!💜💜💜

My comment isn’t about the rental unit itself, but the person in the unit below wouldn’t stop smoking weed; we couldn’t even open the door or spend any time on the balcony. In general, I think that should be prohibited so that everyone can enjoy a pleasant family moment.

We had a great stay, the condo looked exactly like the pictures. Plenty of room inside & was very clean. The king bed was comfortable at child said the murphy bed was also comfortable. The balcony overlooked the pool & faced the ocean. The beach was not crowded at all which was great. The pools stayed fairly crowded. We would definitely look at staying here again. It was about 8 minutes from the boardwalk.

We loved our stay

We loved our stay! The property was very nice, clean, and well put together. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. The only issue we experienced was with the living room TV. It stopped working during our stay, and it took quite a while for it to be replaced. Once the replacement TV arrived, it was not connected to the Wi-Fi. We attempted to connect it ourselves, but the Wi-Fi signal was too weak. We reached out to the owner for assistance but did not receive a response. Aside from that issue, everything else was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily return in the future.
