Good place to stay

No complaints. Easy in easy out. Thank you

Positive: Amenities and room was good Negative: Front desk could not help when we couldnt get into room, our code was not right. Tried calling big fish rentals and went straight to voicemail. Finally received a text and had to try 3 different codes but was finally able to get in after about 20 minutes. Room Could have been a little cleaner (balcony was dirty and some small other issues like oven etc)

We would definitely stay here again, it’s just as described, read all the rules because there are some things you can’t do at resort booking though air bnb. It’s still worth staying at, you can’t use laundry room but there’s a laundromat 5 minutes away. Julie was great at responding, it is small but it is a condo not a house! Looking out the balcony window is beautiful! There were a few things needing attention but that’s normal ! Be kind, taking care of an Airbnb is work and people try, just let them know so they can take care of it!

Positive: The room felt like a home away from home. Pots,pans, dishes,ect. The view was pretty much as you see in the photos. It was so nice and relaxing. Negative: We had no access to Starbucks, bowling or laundry as the room is private owned. But other than that no complaints at all! I have already told my family and friends about this room

unit 228. few complaints: finding the room was tricky, the door entrance was in lobby right behind Starbucks. unfortunately, you hear the double door outside closing day & night. Unit’s tub kept holding water, but they offered to fix the day we checked out. Couch (no table) was dated & musty, but sprayed odoban to fix. The Murphy’s bed was nice. Love the dining room set for 4, the dressers & 2 closets w/ hangers. closet doubled as a cleaning closet w/broom & supplies. Loved the sand toys in closet. The hot tubs were hot, indoor pool was warm & outside pools were great. This unit had a great view of the pool & ocean. There was plenty of kitchenware and dishwasher. beds were very comfortable. Very affordable however the(overpriced)fee for early check-in/out was the same as the daily. my family will definitely book again as we had two units(206&228). both units sustained our needs for the long weekend. We felt safe in all areas of the hotel with all the security around. staff was nice.

Positive: The resort was beautiful and had so many onsite activities. Negative: Because we rented from Big Fish and not directly from the resort the only onsite thing we had access to was the pools and hot tubs. We couldn’t even buy coffee at the onsite coffee shop

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort apartment! You really can’t beat that second-story spot with the ocean view, it was just perfect. The location was exceptionally convenient, with restaurants, malls, and attractions all so close by. Thanks so much! ~Elena
