Access
This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is not allowed in the room and on the balcony.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Guests will not have access to the onsite restaurants (including the tiki bar and coffee shop), laundry facility, kids’ slide area, or fitness center.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guests will not have access to the waterslides. All other amenities are accessible. except the indoor pool in the Schooner building.

NOTE: Pets are not allowed between March 1 and October 31.
NOTE: Pets are only allowed for long-term renters (30 days or more) during the months of November, December, January, and February.

Our beachfront condo features 2 Queens, and 1 Murphy fold-down bed, a private bathroom and full-sized appliances. This beachfront condo sleeps up to 6. Enjoy the morning sunrise on your private oceanfront balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean. Amenities include but are not limited to a large kiddie fun activity pool area, 3 lazy rivers, 7 hot tubs, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, and more! Great available unit in a fantastic resort!

Positive: Very clean & comfortable it’s the best one I ever been to Negative: 1 of the lights by the left bed didn’t work & one of the charging ports didn’t work on the nightstand and one of the light bulbs was going out in the bathroom. In the balcony it was a cup full of cigarettes butts on the floor of the balcony

Positive: The cleanliness, the view, the up to date appliances and the ease of check-in Negative: I locked my phone in the room after I arrived and did not have access to my email or the text with the door code. The staff could not help due to it being a private booking. It was completely my fault but just make sure you text the code to someone you’re with or someone you trust as soon as you receive it. I eventually remembered the code and was able to get in the room.

The host was very nice and informative but the room was a bit of a let down a lot of stains in the room. The place was a bit smaller than I expected to sleep 8 ppl. More like 4 to be very comfortable. The resort was ok. A lot of water bugs crawling around. Other than that i had a good time.

But Julie she made it super easy and check in was so easy I loved the fact you don’t have to go in the office to check in. the view and place was beyond amazing 😍. We have been hosted by Julie several times in the last at various condos and it never disappoints. Clean, cozy, and comfortable is all we need to have a great time! The indoor pool was closed for repairs this time, but the kids enjoyed the lazy river and other water option. Would absolutely book again!

Accurate description, clean and great communication. Stayed here during a soccer tournament, and it was excellent for easy and quick beach access. Kids loved the pool features. The indoor pools are all heated, which was a great for chillier evenings. Julie and her team were also very quick and responsive to message!
