We had a great time at Julie’s house, the house is located at the resort building and have access to all the amenities. We are two families with kids, everyone had a great time. The kitchen is great we can make food for kids! We got high floor as required with great ocean view!

Condo was clean and had easy access to beach and pools. The resort itself was very nice especially for families with the multiple waterslides, pools and splash pads. It kept the kids entertained all week. The beach area in front of condo was clean and well kept. This is defiantly a resort we will visiting again.

Julie’s place was perfect for a family beach trip with young kiddos! The water slides, pools, easily accessible beach, and of course the outside bar area made for a perfect spot! The condo was very clean, sand free, and had everything we needed. It also stayed very cool with the black out curtains drawn during the day. Would definitely stay again!

This was a nice stay. There are clear instructions on how to check in which was easy enough to do. The parking is basically across the street and a bit of a walk which was always a downside for us that it wasn’t a little closer/more accessible but they do have a 15 minute parking you can use to load/unload. The lobby is a little confusing on where to go for the elevators if you have a luggage cart/strollers etc. The view was beautiful, rooms were clean but a little dated/worn. The very few issues we found were resolved by the next day. Only provides 2 trash bags for our 5 night stay which I thought was a little cheap for Airbnb prices. Did provide hand soap, a few laundry and dishwasher pods which was nice. No paper towels. The view and rooms in general would have me stay again, although I think more amenities should be provided for the price that’s paid.

We had a good time on our trip to Dune Village. The room was as advertised and adequate for the number of people in our party. The view is really good. The resort is near a lot of attractions. There were a couple of cleanliness issues but we took care of it on our own since we arrived late at night. I made the realtor assistant aware of the situation. I recommend this condo.

This was a lovely stay . JULIE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND answered all my questions patiently. When I needed something for the room, she showed compassion and had employee to come assist. The view is amazing, Best ocean view i’ve had, well worth it.

Fun stay! The parking garage was a little small and if you have a larger vehicle, best to park at the top of the garage and be very careful around corners as there is not much visibility.

Enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed for us & our 6 children 13 and under. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I also appreciated the extras like baby gates, portable bed rails, batteries& light bulbs high up out of reach, and extra high locks for balcony doors. The resort staff were very friendly & accommodating with trash and at the pools. Everyone was ready to help if you needed anything.

it was a beautiful oceanfront condo with a balcony. we loved seeing the beautiful beach from the large windows/ sliding doors, my kids absolutely loved the waterparks and pools!! i would definitely stay there again! price is definitely great for everything you get! easy access to the beach and also sooo much to do! i wish i could of stayed longer. julie was very thorough and responsive! i would definitely recommend!

Check in is exactly at the discussed time & not even 1 minute before. The water park was a great addition to the family vacation & the location was very easy to get the restaurants. Parking is kind of a hassle because it’s about a 5 – 10 minute walk. The parking garage is very clean, but difficult to maneuver if you have a large vehicle. All-in-all, I would definitely book this place again!

Overall I would say our stay was a 4.5 but since that isn’t an option, I rounded up to 5. For the price, the value is 100%. Our condo was located on the side overlooking private homes which gave us a quiet, clear view of the beach and ocean without having to look at other hotels, the pool, or hear loud guests. It was great. The condo itself was clean and comfortable: perfect for our family. There were a few negatives which I think can be found in any rental, and the hotel itself was a bit different than I’d expected (which isn’t the fault of this condo at all). However, the host was very quick to respond to our messages which made the experience great knowing we could get ahold of someone quickly. Overall, great location, condo and somewhere we’ll definitely come back to.
