We had the most wonderful time this past weekend. It was my mom’s birthday. I would definitely rent from Julie in the future.

Julie was an incredible host all the way from prior to booking, booking, checking in and checking out

Julie was an incredible host all the way from prior to booking, booking, checking in and checking out. She was quick to respond to questions and also provide recommendations for the area. The location was perfect, especially for all the amenities provided onsite traveling with 2 younger children. The process for checking in/out was a breeze and the staff at the resort were really friendly too! Recommend this location if you’re looking for quick access to the beach, beach views from your condo, and pools/water park that are family friendly.

Family Vacation

Our vacation stay was just as we expected. Our unit was clean and perfect for our family.
Condo was clean and had easy access to beach and pools. The resort itself was very nice especially for families with the multiple waterslides, pools and splash pads. It kept the kids entertained all week. The beach area in front of condo was clean and well kept. This is defiantly a resort we will visiting again.
— Daryl
Julie’s place was perfect for a family beach trip with young kiddos! The water slides, pools, easily accessible beach, and of course the outside bar area made for a perfect spot! The condo was very clean, sand free, and had everything we needed. It also stayed very cool with the black out curtains drawn during the day. Would definitely stay again!
— Paige
This was a nice stay. There are clear instructions on how to check in which was easy enough to do. The parking is basically across the street and a bit of a walk which was always a downside for us that it wasn’t a little closer/more accessible but they do have a 15 minute parking you can use to load/unload. The lobby is a little confusing on where to go for the elevators if you have a luggage cart/strollers etc. The view was beautiful, rooms were clean but a little dated/worn. The very few issues we found were resolved by the next day. Only provides 2 trash bags for our 5 night stay which I thought was a little cheap for Airbnb prices. Did provide hand soap, a few laundry and dishwasher pods which was nice. No paper towels. The view and rooms in general would have me stay again, although I think more amenities should be provided for the price that’s paid.
— Jessie
Great stay!! Very beautiful views rooms are nicely sized just a great space
— Nukia
I really enjoyed will definitely book again!
— Titus
We had an enjoyable stay. We had good, quick responses to all messages and the views from the room were beautiful.

We’ve stayed at the Dunes many of times. This was another great stay right in the water
— Erika
This place is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and amazing view.
— Bailey
We had a good time on our trip to Dune Village. The room was as advertised and adequate for the number of people in our party. The view is really good. The resort is near a lot of attractions. There were a couple of cleanliness issues but we took care of it on our own since we arrived late at night. I made the realtor assistant aware of the situation. I recommend this condo.
— Lavelle
Julies place was in a great location with an even better view of the beautiful beaches. Good place to stay for a family get away!
— Mackenzie

— Janet
Amazing view
— Brandon
This was a lovely stay . JULIE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND answered all my questions patiently. When I needed something for the room, she showed compassion and had employee to come assist. The view is amazing, Best ocean view i’ve had, well worth it.
— Amber
Fun stay! The parking garage was a little small and if you have a larger vehicle, best to park at the top of the garage and be very careful around corners as there is not much visibility.
— Kelvin

Family trip

Our stay was great! The bathtub was clogged on the first night and they sent a maintenance man the next day to fix it. We had to bring toilet paper, cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and paper towels since they were only in limited supply but I asked before we arrived about those. The view was perfect and the size of the condo was nice for our size of family. The elevators were always available and we didn’t have to wait long when they weren’t. Parking was across and down the street a little but was in a garage and there was always a space available. The beach, pools, and indoor facilities were perfect for our three little girls. They were entertained to the max without having to pay for additional activities. Only thing I would suggest is cutting boards and more dresser space and closet hangers in the additional bedroom. Overall, this was a great vacation and I’m already ready to go back.
The view was very nice the place was very clean and the location is perfect for children.
— Ashanti

Family trip

Ocean views are amazing
— Megan
Enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed for us & our 6 children 13 and under. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I also appreciated the extras like baby gates, portable bed rails, batteries& light bulbs high up out of reach, and extra high locks for balcony doors. The resort staff were very friendly & accommodating with trash and at the pools. Everyone was ready to help if you needed anything.
— Paul And Cristy
it was a beautiful oceanfront condo with a balcony. we loved seeing the beautiful beach from the large windows/ sliding doors, my kids absolutely loved the waterparks and pools!! i would definitely stay there again! price is definitely great for everything you get! easy access to the beach and also sooo much to do! i wish i could of stayed longer. julie was very thorough and responsive! i would definitely recommend!
— Michelle
Everything was exactly as described and we loved our stay! I appreciate the added touches (bed safety rails for the beds were super handy for my girls). The view was amazing! Would definitely book again!
— SaQuayla
We had a great stay Will be back soon
— Juan
Check in is exactly at the discussed time & not even 1 minute before. The water park was a great addition to the family vacation & the location was very easy to get the restaurants. Parking is kind of a hassle because it’s about a 5 – 10 minute walk. The parking garage is very clean, but difficult to maneuver if you have a large vehicle. All-in-all, I would definitely book this place again!
— Nicole
Great spot, the pool was amazing and the beach aswell
— Humberto
Very helpful and was a beautiful place to stay
— Kristin
We enjoyed are stay! Easy access to the beach and lots of amenities for the children!
— Ellen-Rose
Overall I would say our stay was a 4.5 but since that isn’t an option, I rounded up to 5. For the price, the value is 100%. Our condo was located on the side overlooking private homes which gave us a quiet, clear view of the beach and ocean without having to look at other hotels, the pool, or hear loud guests. It was great. The condo itself was clean and comfortable: perfect for our family. There were a few negatives which I think can be found in any rental, and the hotel itself was a bit different than I’d expected (which isn’t the fault of this condo at all). However, the host was very quick to respond to our messages which made the experience great knowing we could get ahold of someone quickly. Overall, great location, condo and somewhere we’ll definitely come back to.
— Brittany
Highly recommend!!
— Brittany
The place matched the description/pictures. It was lovely for our family.
— Tinesha
So fun!! Dunes Village Resort was everything we wanted for our family trip. On the beach, 2 indoor water parks! Friendly staff. Lots to do locally. I can highly recommend!!!
— Ruth
I was in town for a conference so I brought the family. They were able to enjoy the waterparks and beach while I was at the conference. I came back to a happy family each night!
— Jeffrey
My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week! The amenities (water park, play ground, beach access, pools, on site restaurants) were perfect for my 2 children (aged 2 and 4). My husband and I really loved the view from the balcony.
— Laura
Water park was perfect for our toddler! Porch had a beautiful view of the ocean. Condo was clean.
— Ashley
We enjoyed stay here- the kids lived the water park. The room was clean and comfortable. Great trip and we would love to return again!
