everything was exceptional.. nice place, good price, super clean and host was extremely responsive. 4pm check in was a little rough but I was able to work around it. early check in/late check out is available however is somewhat pricey. definitely recommend this place and this host.

Very clean and looked just Like the pics. It was awesome To have towels And linens provided, as some Of the big rental companies of North Myrtle charge extra (a lot extra) I would Definitely stay here again, and would rent from Julie. We have been staying in NMB for 30 years, and are very familiar with the area and the rental agencies. I would recommend Big Fish Realty to anyone. I will definitely use them again. Thanks for a great stay at our favorite beach.

This condo was very nice and clean. When I arrived there was a broken handle which got repaired quickly, but everything else was great! Unlike some other rentals we have used, it was nice to arrive and have the beds already made and some essentials (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc..) already available. Things to note include: 1) while it can indeed comfortably sleep 4, there is no dining table inside or out – you either have to sit at the bar or use your lap; 2) while there were four tall chairs on the balcony, there was only one small table that could hold one person’s food (and we like to eat outside); 3) you cannot see the beach from the balcony but you can see and hear the ocean; 4) Big Fish Rentals was very responsive and helpful (this was my first time using them and I will consider them for future trips). I would certainly consider staying there again – and the price was great.

Very nice! Clean and comfortable, good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed (in main bedroom—we didn’t use the other one), very nice bathrooms. Good location on a quiet stretch of Cherry Grove. Good pool, long enough to swim laps. Beautiful view from the veranda.My only mild confusion resulted from the use of the term “front desk”, which just means online contact with the host, not a physical location. I wasn’t expecting any personal contact since it’s a condo complex, but it was a little ambiguous. No big deal—We had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

Julie’s place was wonderful, the beach was just steps away as listed in the description, the surrounding area of Cherry Grove was peaceful and located just minutes from North Myrtle, so restaurants and shopping were close by. the space was quiet with a great view of the dunes and the ocean from the balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The exterior of the building was well maintained; the pool was nice for an after-beach rinse off. The kitchen was equipped for meals if so desired, the bathrooms are fresh and neat. The value in comparison to hotels in the area is outstanding, at this condo you have the feeling of home unlike a hotel. Thank you, Julie, for sharing this little jewel on the beach!!

Condo is easy to access from parking. Parking was a little tight in the layout, but was not full and right off the street. Units are quit and family oriented. Keyless entry a plus. Unit is clean and well kept with newer furnishings. Master 1/2 bath is nice. Ocean view but cannot see the beach due to dune height. Nice back patio with ample seating. All amenities in the kitchen. No ice maker. Would stay again.

Julie was great and responded to me within minutes most times! Outstanding location and perfect for me and my two boys as it was literally right on the beach, pool was good size and never crowded, and the kitchen and living area were nicely furnished. I wish I could have stayed longer. Will looked for this place in the future.

The place was nice. The check-in was a little confusing because they are using a generic check-in procedure that has stuff that didn’t apply to this particular rental. Especially “arm bands” for the pool (there are none) and parking permits / parking instructions: there are no parking permits and parking is right at the condo, not somewhere else as implied by the instructions. Otherwise, everything went according to plan. The place was clean and comfortable, the location was nice, and the beach access was good.

Great location, beautiful views. This trip was unfortunately not a vacation and I was seeking a quiet place to recharge at the end of the day. This Airbnb was just the place. I needed to reach out to Julie with a question about parking – and she was very responsive. I still didn’t get the parking correct, but it all worked out. I would happily stay here again!!!

This condo was immaculately clean. The decor was great and newly remodeled. The best part for me was the bar height chairs on the balcony. I hate when there are regular height balcony chairs and you can’t see over the railing. There was ready made ice in the freezer which meant we didn’t have to go out and buy any. I recommend this place to anyone who like the quiet side of Cherry Grove Beach.

We were very happy at Julie’s condo. The view was amazing and the beach was never super crowded. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived and probably one of the cleanest Airbnb we ever been too. The large balcony was a huge plus and used daily.

Very beautiful home with close availability to everything around NMB. Lots of particulars with the stay instructions that made it a little hard to just relax with the worry of messing anything up that might make your security deposit disappear. I do understand it was probably put in place for people who haven’t taken care of some of the units they offer. Otherwise the value was great and I loved the spot. Be sure you read over the entire rental agreement before signing. Especially, the security deposit cost. Julie as a host was awesome though. Lots of communication and vert forward with being clean cut on making sure to read over all instructions and any costs that you might incur for messing up or losing items in their units. Would Def stay with them again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.
