Positive: This room in particular was in a great location, right off the bridge to the parking garage and right down from the elevator to the beach and indoor pools. The room was bigger than it looked in the pictures. There were two balconies with a good ocean view and two sinks, a full living room and small kitchen. There were lots of pools, one big indoor, one big outdoor, one lazy river inside and one outside. Numerous spas and a few toddler pools so perfect for kids. Most of them were open the whole time. The beach and lifeguard are right there. I booked through booking.com so communicated through the app. The rental company/owner was very responsive and kind. There is a small arcade, shop and gym as well. We did not have access to the “waterpark” although I don’t know why you’d want to, it was literally 3 slides that’s it, it was not a water park. It was mostly clean when we arrived, except the floor. Negative: I have never been threatened so much with extra charges for this and that, doing this or not doing that. I read that Id be charged if there weren’t six towels left when I left though only had 4 when I go there. So I sent a message to make sure I wasn’t charged. I was told to return pool bands, but they were paper. I was told there is a fee to replace the parking passes but these also were literally paper which I wrote my dates on thinking my car would be towed if I didn’t. You are told to report any damage by an hour after you arrive or they will assume you did it. Don’t leave excess mess and so on. I understand some people trash rental properties but as a responsible family/renter this was frustrating. Also do not think you can get there a little early and check in, that is an extra charge too. The resort itself is also confusing when you arrive, the layout, where everything is and how to access, would be helpful if a resort map was displayed somewhere or given to you.

Great location and great area for kids. They loved all the pools. The rooms were clean and nice. Nice place to stay for a weekend getaway
