There is a great Children’s Museum nearby and Broadway at the Beach is just up the road. There are two pools both indoor and outdoor and three jacuzzi’s, indoor and outdoor. There is great lawn space to lay out on with beach chairs and umbrellas. It has all new furnishings, in the heart of Myrtle Beach, near the Convention Center, many attractions and restaurants are just a short walk away.

The place was as described and suited our needs. Everything was in good condition. pools were open and functioning. The building was to the right of the direction given. It took us a minute to find the right building. Restaurants and amenities were an easy walk.

No excuse for this to be so late. I had looked at and called other properties before finding this one. I found this one after noticing the prices increased on the other 2 properties right after I inquired about them. I am glad they increased b/c I found this GREAT property! The rental company made me feel welcomed, promptly answered questions, very pleasant and kept in contact to make certain everything was fine with my stay. Big Fish Rentals was a pleasure to work with.Beach directly behind the property. Free shuttle during the summer and the stop was in front of the property.

Nice, quiet off-season winter stay, still plenty of dining options open nearby, even within walking distance. The indoor pool was open and was heated. We tested the water temperature but didn’t actually swim. Many local attractions are open year round, including the aquarium and the Ripley’s museum.

Uber took us to the address given. Written instructions were unhelpful as none of the buildings were labeled. Had to ask some locals passing by to help. Eventually found the right place. Pictures of the correct building with labeled arrows would’ve been super helpful, as it was cold outside & hauling all the luggage around until we found the correct place wasn’t ideal. Once we arrived at correct place, space was smaller than expected. Bedroom TV was smaller than expected, pictures made it look bigger, which was deceiving. We booked for 5 nights & on 2nd night, asked host if we could swap the living room TV (which was bigger) with the bedroom TV just during our stay. We were asked “why?” & told “no”. We were there to compete in the collegiate cornhole tourney & was only there during the nights to sleep, so only watched TV in the bedroom as falling asleep. View from room was kind of deceiving also. There is a big building roof interrupting half the view from the room.

My friends and I had a lovely visit to Myrtle over spring break. This was an incredible deal for the price— I was slightly worried. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. It’s been newly remodeled and includes two Roku TVs. There are no carpet floors, super comfortable beds, and great water pressure/ temperature. You get a free parking spot and the sand is literally a minute walk away. There’s a lovely view of the beach from the balcony. Julie and the team were incredibly responsive. Would 100% book again. I’d recommend bringing a sponge, dish cloth, extra pillow cases and/or paper towels.

I canceled my stay with Julie because I missed my flight. So, the only thing I can review was the communication with her beforehand. Julie communicates mostly with email. Ample time is given to guests to submit the information she requests before checking in. Read everything!!!! Book with plenty of time in advance of your travel dates. Booking with Julie is similar if not the same as booking with a hotel or resort, just in case you prefer that over the typical airbnb vibe. Would book again!

Plenty of space

The rooms were pretty good, kitchen was stocked but needs some TLC. There was 1 pan but it was unusable so we had to buy our own. Spatulas need to be purchased as well since most of them have melted tips. Beds and bedding were nice and comfortable as was the living room. Great balcony!

Some issues

Overall nice, but, some ceiling was peeling in two rooms, bathtub was cracked and sunken around drain kind of a slip hazard, bathroom sink was backing up once with a bad smell and we were not even using it.

Great Location and Price

If you’re looking for luxury this is not the place for you. But if you want a comfortable place to stay that’s almost perfectly located to access many of the best things Myrtle Beach has to offer, this is the place. The building and the condo itself could use some upgrades, but everything works and the condo was comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the view of the beach and ocean was nice to see each morning. The bathroom shower/tub was different and took a little getting used too. It’s an odd shape and maybe a little small. The quick access to the beach was great, and we liked the pool area too. We didn’t have access to the fitness room, which was a little disappointing so I walked along the beach for my workouts. We enjoyed our stay and felt like we got more than we paid, so we would gladly stay here again. There are quite a few rules for leaving the condo, so read everything carefully because there are fees assessed for not following some of them.

Quick Weekend Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this resort. The apartment was as listed and everything was clean. They provided enough towels for everyone and it was nice to have so many beds to choose from. The murphy bed was a nice perk. The balcony and view was very nice. We especially enjoyed the heated indoor pool – the water was VERY warm which is nice for a beach trip in February. There are 3 hot tubs (2 indoor and 1 outdoor) and one of the indoor hot tubs was not working (was not hot), but the other 2 worked great. For this trip we had ages 2 – 45. Will definitely book at this resort again. Check in was extremely easy as they text and email all information to you prior to your stay. Parking was across the street. Wish I knew this before because we spent a bit a time trying to figure out where to park. Everything else was great.

My family and I enjoyed our time spent in this condo, everything was within walking distance and everything was easy to access. The condo had multiple pools, indoor and outdoor, and the beach was STEPS away from us. I do think that the floors might be in need of repair though; it seemed to have several spots that were severely sunk in around the dining table/wall area.
