Notes
This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

NOTE: Pools will be closed on December 24th and 25th.

For upcoming bike rallies. NO motorcycles, scooters, trikes, slingshots, or trailers are allowed on property.

The quiet hours are 10pm – 8am every day. (this includes the rear patios)

Pool bands are required for ANYONE in the pool areas.

This was a beautiful condo. We liked the creative decor theme. Most places near the beach use similar decorations. This one showed some imagination. It also had quality furniture and finishes. Its close to the beach and the pool was also very nice. We also liked the landscaping outside

This was me and my bestfriend’s first road trip and after a long drive from Jersey, it was a very comfortable place to call home. Everything was clean and cute, immaculate if you will. The view from the balcony was very therapeutic. I am a smoker and would have loved to do that from the balcony but their are rules and we respected them. Overall it was a great experience and if I’m ever in the area again, I would book with them.

The condo was clean and the area was gorgeous very peaceful and private, I loved the view of the pond from the balcony. We had no issues checking in or out and even added on an extra day whenever we plan to come back we will gladly book with you guys again!! 😊
