Neighborhood
Conveniently located and within steps of the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and just one block away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley’s Aquarium. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Access
This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, as well as starter trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards. Remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service. If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Positive: Location was good, the price was awesome being as though it was springbreak. Negative: I had to do a little tidying up & that could’ve been an oversight, nothing major. The host was very apologetic & made sure everything was on point throughout the rest of our stay. I would book here again.

Very pleasant stay! The condo, located on the beachfront, provides a breathtaking view of the ocean from the living room. All the amenities for a confortable stay are present within the unit. The premises are cleanThe unit has one bedroom with a king size bed // recommend for couples and small families with children having the opportunity to sleep on the sofa bed. Heated indoor and outdoor pools are located on-site which makes for a pleasant swim after a brisk sessions in the ocean during the winter time:-). Restaurants are nearby and groceries/supplies can be obtained from a big box store located less than five minutes by car. Free parking for one car is made available on a well lit lot located on the other side of the street in front of the condo unit. Interaction with the host are always professional, courteous and responses are timely/very rapid. Very satisfied with the stay.

Julie has a very nice condo in a great location. Anytime I reached out (which wasn’t often at all) she was very responsive immediately. I’d visit again and stay in the exact condo owned by Julie. Only downside was I had no where to workout. Other than that… everything was great.

We enjoyed our stay! My husband and myself went down for a random weekend vacation. The views were AMAZING! The jacuzzi tub is perfect. The condo smelled good and cleaned. The appliances were accessible. The outside pool and jacuzzi are heated! PLEASE read her THOROUGH instructions, she tells you EVERYTHING you will need to know, she didn’t leave ANYTHING OUT!! GREAT host and will definitely book with her again in the future. ONE of the best hosts I’ve experienced!

This is a lovely, clean condo with all the amenities from the listing. The bed was comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony and walking on the beach and nearby Boardwalk. The building was quiet. The pools and hot tubs were well maintained. The building is centrally located and only a short drive to theatres and other Myrtle Beach area attractions.
