Abundantly spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo with large main balcony accessible from living room and 2nd bathroom. Another small balcony off primary bedroom. Kitchen fairly well appointed. Building was very nice. Hallway very welcoming. Calming ocean waves heard from the balcony. Parking was easy. Some things weren’t ideal. Host required communication outside of platform for signing rental agreements, and texts were sent from multiple numbers. Balcony sliding doors were very difficult to open especially from outside. There was a sign asking to not use the living room door to access the balcony because of concerns for the carpet (the best thing about this place was the balcony most conveniently accessible from the main living area so this was an odd request). The dishwasher and stove were quite old. While using the washing machine strange loud sounds were heard seemingly in the ceiling when wash cycles changed. All said though we would recommend staying here.

The response time from Julie was great. I only left a few four stars as the condo is outdated and there were a few things that need to be replaced (towel bar in one of the bathrooms that kept separating from the holder), which are not a requirement but just something to let the owners know. Outside of that, huge patio with great view.

This place is amazing!!! Great ocean views, very clean, and very responsive host!! This was a last-minute booking, so the security guard at check-in did not get my signed form before I got there and Julie responded very quickly and got it to him even though it was around 8 PM. I live down here full-time 15 years and kept a place near here up until a few months ago. These are some of the nicest condos in the area of centrally located. A lot of hotels and condos in MB area look good on the outside and crappy on the inside, but these are well maintained and the total package, especially with the Big Fish Rental group!!

Great location, beautiful view, very clean and spacious. Listing was accurate except for the sleeper sofa which was not included. Check-in was stressful, but Julie was very helpful. Excessive and repetitive messages and emails were overwhelming – before and during our stay. I would stay here again, but would not recommend the rental company.

Loved the layout of this condo. It has a big balcony with great views. The glass doors were a little hard to open but I assume that is due to the salt & sand. I prefer a softer mattress but other than that it is a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The only drawback was the weather….so much rain. That of course is no one’s fault at all. We made the most of our trip with shopping and restaurants. Julie and her team left clear instructions from start to finish. The condo was great and a good location!

Property was beautiful on 16th floor with great ocean views. The balcony doors need to be fixed or better handles to open and close with more ease. The mattress in master is too hard and not comfortable. The carbon monoxide detector in second bedroom needs to be fixed as it’s always beeping. TVs need cable as there was only streaming and unable to watch local channels or football games. Kitchen was well appointed and had all needed to cook. On positive the elevators are very fast. Property is clean and very secure.

The condo had an excellent ocean side view. Great accommodations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would select this condo again. One issue at check-in but it shows Julie’s responsiveness. We had paid for early arrival but the condo had not been cleaned yet. I contacted Julie and the cleaning people were there within 30 minutes. Very pleased with Julie’s responsiveness and correcting the issue.

Decided Sunday to take a last minute beach trip and found this place! Beautiful location and condo. Some of the applicances are a little dated but work and clean. Very roomy and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Has two separate balconies with beautiful views! Would definitely stay here again. Security is very tight and there are rules but definitely felt safe in the complex. Love that they have 2 large gas grills for you to use on property! Julie was very responsive to messages and helpful. We decided when we got there try and stay and extra night…messaged Julie and she immediately responded and easily added the extra night to our stay. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Stay!

The condo was perfect for our stay. Beautiful view from the balcony and very spacious and clean condo. Easy access with short walk to the beach and immaculate grounds. The pool area and bar was a favorite stop coming up from the beach. We will visit again. We love the Shore Drive area and all the great restaurants close by.

The place was great. Location was very private. Had everything in the kitchen you needed and plenty of Towles. No ice machine so bring some ice. There’s a little store right across street you can get ice. The balcony was hugh!! Master bedroom had its on balcony. Beds was kind of hard so i would bring extra cushion. But everything else was great. Pool wasn’t heated but it was hot enough to swim. Ill be back for sure.

This place was great! There seemed to be a lot of instructions and rules at first, but they all made sense. The security guards on site were also super helpful in figuring everything out. One thing we found amusing was that the listing claimed the condo was recently remodeled—that’s definitely not true. Everything was in good condition, but not new. The balcony was awesome! We would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful condo. It’s very comfortable and felt more like home than a vacation rental. The balcony was awesome – just wish the weather was a little warmer so we could have sat out there more! The master bed was comfy – if you like a firm bed (we do). The living room furniture was comfy, too. Julie was great at sending us all of the information we needed to check in and out!

It was a great place for myself, husband and in-laws which had separate suites with balconies and bathrooms. The main area was well decorated, the kitchen had the essentials to prepare meals which is always nice. Honestly though, the main balcony is where I spent most of my time, gazing at the ocean and the sunset. I really liked the pool and bar located next to the beach. I would stay there again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Maisons Sur Mer. Half of our party had never been to Myrtle Beach before. We would definitely go back to this property. Amazing view, very clean and comfortable condo, stunning beach and excellent pool and amenities. The staff on site was so sweet and helpful and the tiki bar was a nice add. The beds were so comfortable we want to know the mattress. And the place was clean and offered a bunch of floor fans to help move the AC around quickly. Highly recommend this airbnb

Beautiful place in a great area. Quiet. Bar across the road. But felt off the beaten path. Your on your own island if you want to be basically. The patio is amazing. Had breakfast lunch and dinner overlooking the coast from the 16th floor.

I would 100% recommend this place. Stayed here with my husband and kids had the greatest time. So much better than staying in the busy downtown of Myrtle Beach. Kids loved the pool and a few steps to the ocean. Views from condo are breathtaking. Photos do not do it justice.

I loved the space here. Julie and her team are responsive and amazing. The only issue we ran into was the fire alarm going off and causing us to walk up and down 16 flights of stairs due to the elevator not being accessible at the time for anyone. This is not on the rental company but the condos Association should come up with a better plan for their elderly. I am not a senior but my legs were so sore I could barely move to go out on Sunday. I will be booking through Julie again for sure either way. Her responsiveness was amazing 🥰

I felt relaxed and at home from the moment I opened the door. beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. I had coffee every morning on the two huge balconies overlooking the ocean. Devine. I plan to stay here again!

absolutely beautiful!!! Super clean . Just as pictured but 10 times better. It Really felt like home . (Every thing you need is there ) The location is good as well bar and grill place right across the street really good food , the aquarium is about 20 min away but traffic isn’t bad at all . The only little bump was from the front desk during check in the lady was iffy about letting me in early once i told her i paid to get in early she says“that has nothing to do with us because check in is at 4” but once resolved it was smooth. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place !

Pros: Overall stay was great. The condo is beautiful and does look like the pictures advertised. The balcony is amazing. We’d recommend! Cons: Our only (big) concern was that there is no lock inside the door to the condo, just a door handle because it “automatically” locks from the outside. However, if you have kids.. know that all they need to do is turn the handle from the inside and they’ll get out easily. We have a toddler who loves opening and closing doors. It’s also a feeling of safety and security because we had nothing to lock on the inside, just hoped the door key pad didn’t malfunction in any way. The beds are pretty firm, compared to what we’re used to. I woke up with a sore hip sleeping on my side. And the gap at the top of the sliding door in the master bedroom whistled from the wind the entire time we were there which made for poor sleep. But overall, it was a nice stay, VERY clean and we’d recommend.
