We enjoyed our stay. The apartment has nice views, elevators are not slow, the building is properly managed, easy parking, nice swimming pool area and beach access. Only item not functional was a coffeemaker. I’d stay here again.

This was beautiful, peaceful and inviting. The decorations were tasteful and I appreciated the small touches that made this welcoming, such as night lights, books, and shells displays. I was surprised that the master bedroom had a bathtub and the guest bath had a shower. The kitchen was well furnished. It was a wonderful experience and I appreciated the bible in the drawer and the Jesus cup. I highly recommend this unit.

Perfect birthday getaway with best friend. The condo has two en suites divided by living room. It was a perfect layout for rest and privacy when we needed. The building sits right on a nice section of beach. Walkable to several restaurants and bars. The nicest surprise was there is a restaurant and a bar inside the building. Also, right across the street is a strip center that has a restaurant/bar, convenience store, coffee shop, ice cream shop, liquor store etc. The tiki bar at the pool was not open yet, but it was too chilly to sit on beach or by the pool during this trip so we will just have to come back when it’s warmer so we can review it! Haha

The only issue I had was at no fault of Big Fish

The only issue I had was at no fault of Big Fish. Julie was helpful and responsive. The security guard was not friendly at all. He was on duty after the 4pm check out on 1/10. There was small delay of getting the notification to the security area for my arrival as I did book last minute. I did completed an online form and explained to the gentleman that he probably had not received the notification because I booked last minute. He was pushing me to call and when I said I had sent a message through the app, he proceeded to argue with me that I should have a phone number to reach them by phone which I tried. He was trying to get me worked up badgering me for an immediate solution. I remained calm and politely told him I had all afternoon to wait and it was no problem. He wanted to make it a problem and continued to badger me (the only way I know to describe it) about not receiving notification of my arrival. This is not Mar-a-logo. He behaved as if I didn’t belong there.

The condominium is exactly as pictured with nice ocean views and easy beach access. It’s conveniently located in a quiet area convenient to restaurants and shopping. All communications were detailed and many, perhaps a little repetitive. It was a great value in late October.

My family and I had left a resort earlier than planned due to it being not suitable for us. We found this place in the morning and checked in that same afternoon and were completely blown away. My family and I recently stayed here and it was amazing. The view was gorgeous. We loved how there were entrances to the balcony from every single room, even the kitchen! The place was very spacious, neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and soft. We definitely took advantage of the bar downstairs which was very nice and relaxing. The kids and I loved the heated outdoor pool.

We booked this condo on a last minute whim to take the kids to the beach, and we were not disappointed in the least. The host was on top of everything, from start to finish. The condo is amazing, with beautiful views of the beach from both balconies and plenty of room throughout. You can tell that the space is extremely well maintained. This is a beautiful condo with a beautiful view! We enjoyed the space very much. The check in was a little tedious, as we had to drive downstairs to unload, and then come back up (no wheeled suitcases on the floors). But once we completed that it was seamless. The security guards were ere extremely friendly and helpful.

We loved this place! Beautiful view, spacious, and a nice building. We would definitely book again. A few issues though – we messaged the host to let them know we didn’t receive the key to the amenities promised in the listing and she said she’d get back to us and never did so we weren’t able to enjoy the amenities we’d hoped to. Also, the dishwasher didn’t work and there was a fair amount of dust and dirt beside the beds. Still a great place to stay though!

We absolutely loved our time here. Everything was as described and worked well for having a wonderful place to hang out with our family. The beds were comfortable, plenty of things in the kitchen to cook and eat meals, NO WEIRD SMELLS! That was important! Great places to sit to visit – and able to walk out on the beach directly from the condo. Everything was nice and clean. We would absolutely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The views of the beach and sunsets were amazing from this unit. I loved that every room had access to a balcony. My family and I enjoyed playing board games on the balcony while seeing the beautiful ocean views. It’s in a great location, close to everything but not in a busy area, which I love! You can get to all types of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants within 15 minutes every direction. Julie was great! I appreciated the communication and reminders about check in and check out. It made everything so much easier. This was our first condo experience, as we’ve camped for many years while our children were young. They are both adults now, so we are starting new traditions! I can honestly say that October is my new favorite time to stay at the beach. The weather was perfect. No humidity, no busy traffic, no waits for attractions and restaurants. The absolute best time! We will be back.

The emailed instructions covered everything but every other paragraph threatens additional “fines” and “charges”. The cleaners haven’t touched baseboards and time grout in a long time. The complex is an older condo unit in N Myrtle but nice, extra cleaning attention would go a long way toward making sure the condo was nice for guests.

This condo was great. It had direct beach access and a pool for times we didn’t want to get sandy. Sheets and bath towels were provided and the condo had a washer & dryer in the unit. We had a blast on our trip! I would recommend to anyone who asked. Don’t be turned off by the rules. You will see in the description and reviews that their are a lot of rules to follow and sign off on. This building appears to be a split of rentals and residents, including retirees who probably just want their peace and quiet. We interacted with a number of residents and they were all plenty friendly. The staff of the condo from security to wait staff to cleaners we’re all friendly as well. The rules are just their to keep everyone safe and accommodated. You likely won’t run into any problems.

Lots of room, loved the ocean views from every room and multiple balcony entry points. Like the way it was decorated and was clean. Would stay again now that I know the protocols as the place is pretty strict with how things are done (how and where to load/unload, how and where to park, not changing tv settings or a fee would be charged. I was afraid to use the tv at first, a page of do’s and dont’s and red and highlighted sections seemed excessive before checking in). The location, the price, and the views are worth it. Not sure if they’ve had bad guests but for those that are respectful of the place you stay and treat it as your own, staying here is great.

The place is very comfortable with great outdoor space on two balconies. The view is fantastic and the grounds are very nice. It wasn’t clear when we booked this unit that we’d actually be dealing with a management company – not the unit owner. The many, many emails and texts began as soon as I made the booking. The building also has very specific rules and procedures that needed to be agreed to. We signed 4 agreements, all with A LOT of highlighted warnings and threats of fines for things like soiling sheets, changing tv remotes, or backing into your parking space instead of pulling in! It’s a nice building and location, but you will need to jump through a few hoops and follow the rules to stay there.

First the pros. The condo had a well-stocked kitchen for cooking (but not even a starter paper towel roll), furniture was newish, beds were comfy, and the 2 balconies were wonderful—both had clear views of the ocean. The cons were that the host is actually a large management company and came with 4 pages of dos and don’ts or you will incur a charge. Check in was a little difficult because you had to check in with security, then drive to another floor to unload, then drive back to guest parking. Other folks were in line, so there was a delay. Lastly, regarding check in, they do not send you the code until EXACTLY 4:00–I understand no early check ins, but geez be a little flexible when you know folks are driving in from out of town—we had to stand in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting on the code. The other issue is that there is only 1 key card to get you in and out of the building, pool and beach area, so our party of 4 always had to be together or phone one another for access.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, but this place ranks as one of my favorites. The condo was just as described and even better than the pictures. It was very clean, tasteful, and well-appointed, with plenty of kitchen utensils and nice appliances. Every single window has a view of the ocean. The beach below the condo is extremely walkable, with pristine sand that feels like a carpet. Every night, we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf. The place was also extremely quiet, even on a winter-break week. We loved North Myrtle beach, because the “spring-breakers” were further south in the city proper. The place is very well located and suited for day trips to Charleston, Murrell’s Inlet, Pawley’s island, and Brook Green gardens. It’s also close to many great restaurants. The place was easy to find, and Julie’s staff was very responsive. We had only a couple of questions, and they responded almost immediately. I give it five stars!
