Smoking is prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Violations are subject to a $500 fee.
Parties and groups under the age of 25 are not permitted.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Delays may occur during peak season.
Guests must report any damages immediately to Big Fish Rentals.
Guest and payment verification are required.
Parking Restrictions: Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, and cargo carriers are not permitted.
