This is not a hotel room; it’s a condo that the owner owns. Treat this like you would your own house. Although nobody is always on-site, we will try our best to address any issues as soon as they come up.

We had a great experience. I also wanted to update and say the elevator is super fast here and we were on the 12th floor. They also have 2 spas/hot tubs. Ones inside ones outside. And an indoor pool and outdoor pool. They also have a special grooming and dog daycare on level 1 called furology. We were able to take our dog out onto the beach from level 1 to stroll the beach. Its super close to all the attractions and we visted most. Family kingdom, ripleys aquarium, ripleys believe it or not, boardwalk, skywheel, and the coastal strand mall. Also alligator adventure isnt far and we went there. Theres also parking under the building to keep your car cooled off that you can take the elevator from. Definitely enjoyed our stay and i feel the photos were an accurate description of the condo!

Beautiful living area with amazing oceanfront view. Great for sitting on the balcony and listening to the beach waves! The fireplace area was really nice vibe and would be great for a cool fall/winter trip! Nice pet walking area at bottom of parking deck. Great access to the beach! If you come with an older family, the double bed / bunk room is kind of small. For smaller children, that would not be a problem at all. Overall, a fun and enjoyable trip! Julie was an amazing host!! She was so kind and always gave immediate responses! Would definitely stay again!

The place was exactly as the pictures showed. Rooms were cleaned and plenty of towels were provided. Messaging host is easy and quick. I liked that k-cups were provided to make coffee.

The place is comfortable. The view is awesome. I love falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. 12th floor – fast, clean elevator. Julie sends a separate contract – apart from Airbnb – with more than 60 things on it. If you break those infractions, you will be charged more. It didn’t bother me since we are clean, non-smokers, and respectful. She also sends a thorough email regarding check-in and your responsibilities. It didn’t bother me – the more information the better. Not Julie’s fault but a homeless person threatened someone in my party – a police officer – and he quickly called the local PD. The building’s management/security took it very seriously, as did the officer who answered, and it made us feel heard and much safer. Close to many fun things to do and places to eat. The only thing you really need to know is that if you are going to the beach or the pool – bring your own towels. A pleasant, comfortable stay with an amazing view – just what we wanted!

We had a great long weekend get away!! Really enjoyed the oceanfront views, condo is decorated nicely and the fireplace was a great bonus with the cooler weather. Our little fur baby Bella also felt right at home! We finally found the dog area under the lower parking deck that was nice and convenient. We would love to come back!

Julie’s condo was just what we needed for our Fall trip. Great views! Plenty of room for the six of us. The kids loved the X-box 360 and all the games. Furniture had been updated since the online photos and were even nicer than described. Thanks for being a great host!

We had a great time. place was clean and has an amazing view from the 12th floor. Only thing we would suggest is a few more kitchen items, pot handle was broken and we only had one so we were cleaning it to make various things. Resort was nice and definetly a plus that pets are allowed since we have 2 older dogs we hate to leave at home. overall great place for the pricr. far away enough from the chaos of Broadway but close enough to make the trip for shopping.

Absolutely beautiful view. Nice amenities, pool was nice. We had to make our own beds when we got there so that was a little disappointing, not a deal breaker. The place could have been cleaned a little better also not a deal breaker but thats just my standard. Overall it was a nice stay and we appreciate Julie accommodating our family and little dog last minute.

The building has been well maintained for its age. Elevator is fast. Parking space is acceptable although may be tight in busy season. Condo itself is comfortable, there are two separate balconies, both small but cozy for family to enjoy being together. Condo has some family games which is good for cold evenings or rainy day. Very near any activity, delicious restaurant or shopping that one could ever want. The very best part is that our WHOLE family including our dog could come enjoy vacation ocean front at the beach!!
