– This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.
– This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room A). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.

cute room, beautiful location, it’s small, tiny fridge and microwave, you should bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and wash rags for stays longer than 4 days. The view is worth it. host responds in 20-40 minutes and sometimes sooner, very thorough and polite. gorgeous sunrise pictures without leaving your room.❤️

The host was very responsive. The unit was just as described and pictured. There’s a lot of hustle and bustle but its a tourist family place so you sign up for it. Pools were fun. Attractions were plenty and close by. The sunrise from balcony view is beautiful. There were minor things that cant be helped, like the overall cleanliness of the public elevators, but that’s not a deal breaker at all. There was EV charging available at the deck but the Tesla app didnt work great with our non-Tesla EV for whatever reason so we couldn’t charge there. There’s stations 10min away though. You get this place for the view, pool, proximity to attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Everyone also comes here for these amenities as well. Our family had a wonderful time and would come back, maybe to a slightly larger unit. Thanks!

This was my first time in Myrtle Beach. My son and I stayed at this AirBnB which was absolutey perfect. The room was just as described, very cozy and clean. The view was spectacular from our ocean view balcony. The kitchenette provided a great space for a lite breakfast, lunch and snacks for the room. The location of our hotel was not too far of a walk to the Skywheel which was a great experience. The pool area was perfect for my 5yr old son, the outside pool was only 3-4 ft deep. We visited the beach daily and especially at low tide where we hunted for critters and shark teeth. It was a short walk over the boardwalk. Ultimatley we had the best time here in Myrtle Beach, creating life long memories. In fact, I booked again for next year, we loved it that much. The prices were very affordable everywhere, the people were very nice and friendly as well. Thank you to the host Julie for being so attentive in answering any questions or concerns I may have had. See you next year 🙂

Definitely go for Julie’s place! The place itself is so cozy, clean, lovely, and quiet! Location is beyond great! in the middle of everything you would need for a relaxing and fun vacation. Julie is an awesome host! very responsive and nice. She never delayed responding to my questions and her answers were always positive and up to the point. I can’t wait to visit Myrtle Beach again and well def stay at Julie’s place if it’s available… You might find some other places that are a little bit cheaper, but they are also far from the heart of Myrtle Beach 😉 Julie’s Condo worth every penny. We spent a few nights in Myrtle Beach. Julie was quickly responsive if I needed to reach out regarding anything. The Bay View Resort is absolutely beautiful! My 3 year old daughter had the best time in the pools and loved that we were just steps away from the beach. The location was amazing!! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The room was a bit tight, but fine as we weren’t in the room much during our stay. Parking was easy, but not on site. We had to park across the street in a parking garage, but it was only a very short walk away. We had a great time.

I was a single traveler on a golf getaway and this rental was sufficient for my needs and I had no issues. The room was clean and everything was in working condition. If your neighbors are loud, you will hear them through the wall (not the fault of the renter). I personally would not want more than 2 people in this room. For future renters, here’s my two FYI’s. 1) be sure to read the description and understand that you can’t control the thermostat in the room. (I was aware and did not have an issue with early April temperatures). 2) you are renting through a rental agency, not a private owner. AFTER you book the non refundable room, you will receive a rental agreement with 83 bullet points of things you can and cannot do and list of things you can be charged for, like leaving the sliding door open. My suggestion to you would be to reach out to the rental agency and ask for a copy of the agreement beforehand to see if this rental will work for you.

Julie was helpful and responsive in all communications. Her place is a lovely comfortable and convenient spot right on the beach. I will say the only thing that bothered me was a mildewy smell upon entering the room. It faded after a while though.

Great condo for an ocean view!!!

Excellent location between 2nd pier and the largest ferris wheel. We walked to both of them multiple times. The balcony is the most perfect view of the ocean. You can hear and see the waves from the bed. Could use a coffee mug or two with a spoon. There’s a coffee maker but no utensils or dishes. Starbucks is at the ground level of this condo. Parking garage for your car and an indoor and outdoor hot tub and pools. There’s a giant gas firepit outside. Beach side lounge chairs and tables by the pool. I will definitely return to this place. Owner was accommodating when our original booked room was having renovations of the hot tub she quickly moved us to another room. Thank you for letting us use your wonderful Beach condo.
