Julie was extremely helpful several times

Julie was extremely helpful several times! The location is impeccable, description accurate. Downsides = There was mold in the bathroom under the tub surrounding (lots of it) that cant been seen from standing, i easily cleaned it. Couldn’t really use the tv. Couldnt use our accounts or cast from our phone, limited channels w extremely old sitcoms not for kids. I didnt prioritize fixing the issue. Check-in was a bit confusing. I kept getting texts saying i hadnt completed this form to check-in, but airbnb said i was fine, then the 1st set of check-in instructions were to go to the room, the 2nd set at check-in said to go to the desk (the receptionist was even annoyed), but once we had that straightened out (and quickly i might add) it was easy going from there. Being that its a resort area there are no places to walk to, like those typical beach shops, a convenience store to grab a red bull, or like a wine store, etc. It wouldn’t keep me from staying again though. Absolutely worth it!

We had a wonderful stay in at the Ocean Reef resort in Room 1105! Julie was a fantastic host—very communicative, responsive, and easy to reach. The room was clean and welcoming, with such a pretty, thoughtfully chosen selection of dishes and glassware that gave it a charming touch. And the ocean view was simply gorgeous and absolutely unbeatable! Overall, it was a lovely stay and a great value for the price.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and accurately described, with an amazing oceanfront view just steps from the beach and pool. It was especially convenient to get off the elevator and have easy access to the amenities, breakfast buffet, and later the food café when we didn’t feel like going out.

This room was great it’s literally oceanfront but it’s not in the middle of the noise or on the side of the beach with lots of action but hotel has a lot of pools and restaurants(31 dollar breakfast for 2) room itself was clean and spacious easily able to accommodate a family of 4 or a double couple bed had hair still on the pillows but they were overall clean

Will definitely stay here again. It does need to be updated as some aspects make the place look older. The coffee pot didn’t work and another one was never delivered. We were able to borrow one from another guest’s room. Bathroom was extremely clean and well stocked with towels. However, tub needs fresh caulking around the bottom. Perfectly located to the beach and very close to restaurants, attractions and golf courses. Julie was very attentive. For the price, it was worth it.

I had no issues checking in or out an it was exactly as advertised and we will be renting again with them. WE LOVED OUR TRIP AND THE ROOM WAS PERFECT!

Other than not having enough outlets, and some of the outlets being unusable, the condo was great. The building has very nice amenities and the condo itself was perfect for us. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and Starbucks. Great stay and would stay again.

The view for morning coffee was perfect. Just the right amount of shade and sun. The unit comes fully furnished with dishes which was a great perk. Our beds were very comfortable and our surroundings were very quiet. Would stay at Ocean Reef again. As a parent, the location was perfect for us. If you are looking for calm quiet beachfront and under 30 minutes from campus, this location is perfect. Great restaurants within walking distance and were think have found our place for visiting our college student.

Great condo, with a beautiful view in the best area to stay in Myrtle Beach if you want to be on the ocean. Endless amenities and friendly staff. You will not get a better room in this town for the money. I lived in Myrtle Beach for 15 years and I’m very I’m tune still with where to stay, where to go and how to get there. I was extremely happy when I came across this listing just for the price and location alone…this Airbnb did not disappoint.

Julie was extremely accommodating! I booked a last minute trip for me and my friend and she messaged me 8am sharp, she did daily check-ins and even messaged on our way out! It was beautiful views, easy access to the beach and even got some freebies, from the welcome station! We wanted a late check out and she was extremely accommodating for that as well. Me and my friend work a lot and very rarely have time to come out of town and Julie made our weekend extremely peaceful! Thanks so much Julie, will definitely book again!

We had a great vacation! The view was stunning, you could see the sunrise beautifully from the balcony. The beds were comfy, great water pressure in the bathroom. The only down side, would be some of the other tenants at the hotel were smoking so you could smell it a little bit. This is no fault of Julie, just something to be aware of. The pools and hot tubs were great! Very close to the beach, the drinks and food at the hotel were wonderful as well!

This was our first Airbnb experience, so we were a little apprehensive, but we received an email detailing everything we needed to know. Check in code came promptly at 4pm as promised. The condo was as described. The beds were comfortable, sufficient towels, good water pressure in the shower. A/C was nice and cool. The balcony view was great…we watched the sunrise each morning from the balcony. It could only have been better with a cup of coffee. I did not realize that I needed to bring my own. I brought Kuerig pods, but it was a regular coffee maker. No worries though, Starbucks was just a block away! Definitely would stay here again.

I enjoyed staying in Julie’s condo. Me, my husband, and one year old son enjoyed the views and comfy room. Very simply for those needing a simply place to stay. We loved the pools and the hotel amenities. It was a little crowded but not too bad. Julie and her crew were very helpful. They sent clear instructions on their expectations. I was a little nervous having a baby and not making a mess on their lining or anything but we managed everything fine. I would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I came for Mother’s Day weekend. This was our first time at the Ocean Reef resort and we enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean. And the place was convenient to everything.

Everything was great very peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle. If I had to recommend anything, it would be to bring a broom if you want to clean up.

New listings sometimes forget useful items. there is no stove/ cooktop, kitchen sink, cups, glasses, utensils or plates. I left some paper products for the next renter so they won’t be surprised and can’t have their coffee in the morning. the room didn’t quite seem ready it hadn’t been decorated and there was a musty smell like it’s been closed up for a while. The view and the price made up for all inconveniences.
