Welcome to Bay View 1202, a beautifully maintained 12th-floor oceanfront condo on Myrtle Beach’s iconic Ocean Boulevard. NOTE: Beach Pest Service performs routine pest control in the building on the first Thursday of every month and guests must allow access to the unit.

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.

No daily housekeeping provided
25% deposit due at booking; balance due 30 days prior to arrival
