Positive: Well kept and clean property. Roomy. Excellent beach access. Quick replies when texted. Negative: Beds could be updated. No elevator as promised or gym as advertised for a third floor condo and I looked everywhere for them. Too many emails and texts and attempts to rent more time. Parking is only for one vehicle.

Thank you so much Julie! We overly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo!! Everything was exactly as expected & very easy to navigate. The area is nice and walkable, close to the beach as well as a beachside restaurant & connivence store and it’s a short Lyft to the boardwalk. 11/10! Very responsive & accommodating for this trip which is great considering we drove from Michigan ! would love to stay again , 100% recommend!

Julie’s place was amazing for me and my family. There was plenty of entertainment and I was able to cook for my family with the kitchen accessories provided. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing to stay for vacation.

Our atay was great. The host was very accommodating with each request we asked about and the pool was always open. The only thing I would say about this place thats bad is the amount of stairs you have to walk up. Yes, its on the 3rd floor but you have to walk up 6 flights of stairs and there is no elevator. But, overall i would recommend it has all kitchen essentials, it offers a limited amount of toiletries, and the wifi is easy to access.

This spot was absolutely perfect. I have a difficult time finding a place to stay, i do not like large buildings or elevators . I’m a very claustrophobic person, especially if the rooms feel small. This place was wonderful , the views , the size , very clean. Julie was always responsive. We had plenty of space , you are a very short walk to the beach. We had no issues with parking . The pool was nice and clean , not too crowded. The back porch area was very private and relaxing . We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful vacation.
