The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Great Rental! i especially loved the kids splash pad and oceanfront view great for my family! walking distance to Family Kingdom. close to many restaurants. Easy check in and was able to communicate great with julie and have early check in! Great Experience will definitely be coming back and booking with them!

Ubicacion excelente, vista maravillosa, facil acceso ah todo, tenia parque de diversiones cerca, tiendas, wallmart a 6 minutos, todo relativamente al lado, el departamento tenia espacio y lugar para quedarse 6 personas y una bebe muy comodamente. el unico punto en contra que no le quita las 5 estrellas! es que olia un poco a humedad (me imagino que por el facil acceso de la piscina-elevador-apto) faltaba un plastico para secar la loza y cuchillos funcionales. detalles muy minimos, le daria 10 estrellas.

We truly enjoyed our stay

We truly enjoyed our stay, while the building is well loved, the AirBnB is was well cleaned as was the whole building. It was peaceful and quiet, you couldn’t hear people in the condos next to you. The direct beach access made it easy to go from the pool, to the beach, and back to the room. Getting into the building and condo was easy and the parking directions were easy to follow. It was our first time to Myrtle Beach and we look forward to returning and staying here again.

The location truly couldn’t be better — just steps from the beach, with beautiful pools right on the property, and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the check-in process was simple and smooth, which made it easy to settle right in and start enjoying our vacation. The condo felt comfortable and welcoming, like a true home away from home.

I was able to book 2 days before travel as another air bnb canceled on me last min. and I’m so glad I did, the place was clean and instructions to get in the building where clear. parking is across the street and free, but with pick up and drop off area was really nice. the ocean is right there. and the view from the balcony was amazing.

Julie’s place was awesome. Great view to the ocean, cozy living room,the only thing I would suggest it’s to keep an eye on the bathroom exhaust fan,it’s too weak or sometimes didn’t work at all. Other than that we definitely will come back. Thank you for everything Julie!

My family and I had a wonderful trip. Room was exactly as I had hoped for on a trip to the beach. We travel with 3 kiddos 6 and under. Units with a dishwasher and washer/dryer are not necessarily easy to find, but they are a real game changer. The fifteenth floor balcony had amazing views. I had worried about slow or crowded elevators being that high up, as beach days with kids tend to be filled with many trips back and forth to the room. But the elevators at Oceans One were very fast and only crowded when people were checking in for the weekend. Traveling this time of the year, heated pools can be hit or miss. At Oceans One, all of the pools except for the kiddie pool area were very warm, which was truly a relief. I absolutely would not hesitate to bring my family to Julie’s Place at Oceans One Resort again.

Julie is amazing and very responsive along with the people who work with her. The employees at the hotel are super nice and friendly as well, this hotel is in a wonderful location. I strongly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Myrtle Beach. The instructions given were very clear that required no communication with the host, which made the process easier for us. The condo was very clean and taken care of. The beachfront view and the sunrises were breathtaking. We were very close to Broadway at the beach and the fair. Based on this initial experience will definitely be recommending to my family and friends.

From the beginning, before I even booked, Julie was very responsive for any questions and concerns I had. Once I booked, she sent out an email with so much helpful information, such as the check-in procedure, check-out procedure, & local recommendations for attractions and restaurants. The location was perfect! A short walk to shops and restaurants and right on the beach. The view was amazing! I would definitely stay here again!!!

Overall the condo was everything we could have wished for. I was very impressed with Julie and her team. They always responded quickly and were very helpful considering I needed two units with different check-in dates. The location was perfect, right on the beach with outdoor pools. Walkable to restaurants, a grocery store, and morning coffee. There is a coffee maker in the unit but walking the beach for morning coffee made it taste even better. We hope to return next year if our need is still in the Myrtle Beach area.

Was hesitant to stay after all the rules. I think the rules and deposit information should be made aware prior to booking. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing. Really enjoyed the jet tub which was a major plus. Again everything was excellent other than all the rules.
