This condo was a great rental

This condo was a great rental. It was exactly as described, and was clean and in a great location. There was a slight problem with the air conditioning system, but when we let Julie know, she immediately responded and had maintenance called to address the problem. The kitchen was not particularly well stocked, but we ate out and weren’t in the condo much, (enjoying the beach with a chair rental company right out front,) so it did not affect our stay whatsoever. I absolutely would recommend this condo again and appreciate Julie being a great host.
— Kristen

Beautiful view and condo

Beautiful view and condo. Very clean and well decorated. Limited cookware but enough to make it work for a small family. I appreciated that there was a fan in the closet because it gets really warm at night. Julie was very responsive and nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Good location on the beach good view good privacy nice host your response quickly but wifi didn’t work for 2

Good location on the beach good view good privacy nice host your response quickly but wifi didn’t work for 2 days tv don’t work without wifi elevator was off and on for 2 days broke or something had to use the stairs all the way to the 15th floor pipe busted apparently other than the no wifi and walking up 15 floors with a fake hip it was great and affordable nights when I wanted to extend the wifi and elevator is out of their control, but it’s still affecting my stay overall I’m not mad because of the affordable extended stay
— Joseph
Everything was great. If you would like it to be perfect the beds could use some new mattresses. They are hard and very squeaky FYI.

The condo was clean, well-maintained, and had an amazing oceanfront view. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the sunrise and relaxing with the sound of the waves. The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still quiet enough to unwind. The building amenities like the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Julie was an excellent host! She responds quickly too. We had one little minor issue but she got it taken care of quickly. The place is great. The view is nothing short of spectacular and the sound of the ocean is really relaxing. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the balcony and then some cocktails in the afternoon. We also relaxed in the hot tubs and heated pools. Yes, I meant that to be plural! I highly recommend Julie as a host and this place to stay.

We had a great stay here, location was perfect. Our daughter is attending Coastal Carolina University so we plan on visiting quite a lot and would stay here again for sure. The condo is very safe you need two key codes just to get inside the building. We had a beautiful view of sunrise and sunsets on the balcony each day which made it very relaxing. We didn’t need to ask Julie for much of anything as we had everything around us but when we did she was very quick to respond to our needs. The beach was clean and groomed daily with very friendly beach service, all and all a great time for my entire family.
— Scott
Amazing view, extremely convenient location. Loved the room layout, we will be back!
