This is a non-smoking room, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and on the balcony. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas within the resort, and we kindly request that guests adhere to this policy.

Please note that this is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room, and we ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own home. Smoking, including on the balcony, is not allowed within the condo. Designated smoking areas can be found throughout the resort for your convenience.

To provide you with a seamless check-in experience, we utilize a code lock system. You will receive the access code on the day of your arrival in the welcome email we send to you, eliminating the need for you to wait in long check-in lines at the front desk.

During your stay, you will find that we have provided linens for the beds, towels, and washcloths. Additionally, we offer starter supplies such as trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper for your convenience.

For those looking to relax on the beach, you can rent umbrellas and chairs directly from the lifeguards.

Please keep in mind that as this is not a hotel, daily maid service is not included. However, if you desire daily, bi-weekly maid service, or a towel exchange, we can arrange these services for an additional fee.

Booked this place last minute, and I’m really glad I got to experience it. The condo was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and very thoughtfully decorated. The design was minimalist, modern, and still felt warm, comfortable, and luxurious. The balcony had a really beautiful ocean view, which made the stay even more relaxing. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Overall, you can tell the host takes great pride in creating a space where guests can enjoy a comfortable and luxurious experience, and this is definitely a place I would consider booking again in the future.

I went down to Myrtle beach for a quick beach trip

I went down to Myrtle beach for a quick beach trip. The Airbnb was clean and as described. The balcony faced the beach and had very comfortable chairs to sit and look out from. The living room had ample seating area and the bedroom had an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The area is great, I was able to walk down to the boardwalk from the condo with no issues. What could have elevated the stay would be parking passes for the condo, I was suppose to print them off but I did not see that in the instructions. I was concerned of towing but no issues. More cleaning supplies for the kitchen, there was a small portion of a sponge and some soap. Lastly, there were a lot of messages from the property management in addition to the Airbnb app which I didn’t not care for. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The thing I really liked was how responsive Julie was. She was with us every step of the way helping us. The place was very clean and what I liked most was that I could blackout the bedroom completely. I was so nice sleeping in a pitch black room. I will definitely come here again.

The apartment was a fantastic place to stay when visiting Myrtle Beach! It is right on the beach, close to everything, and a great space. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the decor. We deducted a star for just a few reasons. We never had hot water for showers (it was warm at best) and didn’t matter what time of day we tried it. The other issue we had was what felt like a constant bombardment of messages trying to upsell or warnings of fees (“would you like an early check in? Would you like a chef? Would you like more nights? If you stay a minute late it’s a $50 fee). I think I had 27 emails/texts from the host and Airbnb which just felt excessive to us. Also the “advice” on what kind of reviews to leave (a 3 star to them is considered horrible) seemed a bit pushy. Would I recommend the condo? Absolutely. Would I stay here again? Yes. But I may turn my phone off when I arrive so I can enjoy my vacation uninterrupted.

The view was incredible. The room could have been a little cleaner. The sink had what looked like black mold under the rim. I had to scrub it clean. There was sand on the floor. The owner should put down mats at the door and the slider to help with the sand. The beach was beautiful and the pools were good. I would definitely recommend this condo. The gate at the pool has no lock. Anyone can come in to the pool area and then walk into the building. There are no restrooms by the pool or beach. You will need to return to your room. The view makes up for the minor issues.

Pool and beach were great place to hang around with great views from our Lani as well. Parking was right across the street and convenient for the stay. Couple things we would point out is we had a couple of neighbors who were heavy smokers (at a smoke free facility) on the Lani’s around us. At check in and out days others would “hide” the carts in their rooms to transport your luggage to or from your room. Might be a suggestion to somehow control this but not sure how with the office not in the building but across the street.

This place was nice and clean contrary to the other older reviews here on VRBO. It looks to have been recently update not reflected in the current photos. All I can say is location, location, location just a block south of the boardwalk, you can’t beat this area. Access to local restaurants, stores, and entertainment short walk or drive, as you prefer.I will definitely come back.

Went for my birthday. Everything was beautiful. The room was clean. the only thing was dust on the basebords, but it wasn’t anything too crazy. The bathtub was great. She left us laundry soap that was awesome . everything is a bit of a walk, but that is good if you want peace and quiet. The view is amazing ! we even seen dolphins swimming by .

Julie was very responsive throughout my entire stay, there are a lot of rules that need to be followed during this say. I will say to have to pay a cleaning fee and still be required to take your trash , wash the dishes and basically leave the Airbnb as it was when you arrived is probably the only problem I had during my stay. The property view was as described.
