This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

… remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service… If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Check in was a little problem, I recommend making contact with the property manager to ensure you have provided all required info so you can check in without delay. I received several messages from them about extending my stay but not one telling me that I haven’t provided all information they required and what they still wanted for check in. I did get quick responses and resolved the issue. The condo is bare minimum like a hotel room. Usually there are salt and pepper or other items left in VRBOs from past guests however this one is cleaned out completely. Not a problem just good to know if you plan to bring food to cook or anything like that. Description states it is a 3 minute walk to the Boardwalk and that was a big reason I booked this place, I thought it was right where the action is. The Boardwalk is actually a good 20 minute walk from the condo. You can walk the street or the beach and it is not a bad walk but nice to know the true distance. I still don’t know that you could beat the price for what you get here and I was happy with it and would recommend it to others.

It was exactly what we were looking for. Only thing I could complain about is you must bring extra toilet paper if you need more than the one roll provided, there is only sheet pans to cook with so definitely will need to bring your own pots and pans if you plan on cooking and there are some things that need to be fixed in the unit…..but other than that the place, location, things to do around and scenery was exactly what we needed for our girls trip. Would rent again just now know what is needed for our stay.

View was great and great value. Couch was very comfortable. Instructions for the property were sent as canned messages and were not the correct instructions. Parking pass specifically was inaccurate and I ran around trying to track that down. Very lean supplies. We ran out of toilet paper on the last day. No Kleenex available in the room. Some cosmetic things could be updated, bathroom seems to have damage to the door and cupboard that gave an unclean appearance. The shower would not drain very well and should be snaked.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful oceanfront condo. The place was very clean and we loved staying here! It had a full kitchen and it was close to restaurants. We could walk on the beach, boardwalk or sidewalk to all the places I. Downtown Myrtle Beach. We would stay here again for sure! The price was reasonable and free convenient parking was a plus!

Great place to stay while at the beach! The room was as anticipated and advertised. The room could use some detail to nooks and crannies and touch ups for areas to improve cosmetic appearance but overall was clean and cozy.

The owners were in constant communication with us to make sure all was going well during our visit. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The washer and dryer in suite is a great amenity when you have a whole family’s worth of wet beach towels and swimsuits to deal with. The heated indoor and outdoor pools were absolutely wonderful, even at the end of Sept. We will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Spent 5 days during spring brake, apartment was as described, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, nice whirlpool tub, adequate kitchen necessities. The only unfavorable mention is the floors, the LR could use better cleanning, it felt sticky. Still would use this unit again if in the area.
Clean, right on the beach and within walking distance to the attractions on Ocean Blvd. Will definitely be booking again!

We had a great time. The hot tubs didn’t seem to work while we were there, other than that everything was what is seemed with the photos when choosing to rent this place out.

My 6 nights at ocean one resorts was great the room was very clean and comfortable, I like that it had a washer and dryer in the condo did not have to carry soiled clothes back home we had plenty of ice and was not disturbed by anyone having to check on things.

Peaceful and quiet. Jacuzzi tub was amazing!!
When I arrived I had an issue and Julie’s team was immediately responsible and we were quickly to work to a resolution. My stay was wonderful, the room was nice, had what I needed – as I did some cooking in place and outside dining as well, the views were incredible. I did enjoy the amenities which were nice. Julie and her team and accommodating and friendly – I’d recommend staying!

Great condo! Clean and had everything we needed. It is in walking distance to the board walk, but a long walk. Had an amazing view.. Owners responded quickly if I had any questions. The outside of the trash can had not been cleaned & the chair/couch did not seemed to have been cleaned/wiped down. Overall appearance looked like photos listed. Wished there were more towels since we stayed 4 days, & was with my husband & 3 kids. Not a deal breaker since they did leave washing pods so I was able to wash them. Perfect Get-Away!

This was one of the best beach trips I’ve had despite the fact it was the middle of winter! The 6th floor view was so perfect. Being able to sit in the living room or on the balcony and gaze at the Ocean endlessly was so incredibly healing. The beach was also easily accessed from the resort for walks. There are tons of good restaurants, stores, and fun attractions within walking distance. The indoor and outdoor pool and spa area were perfect and inviting but I will say the jets in the condo’s jet tub were actually more effective than the spa by the pool! Hot baths in the room were a highlight for me. The beds were super comfortable and the bedroom was dark which made for perfect vacation sleep-in conditions. I slept great the whole time! Appliances and kitchen set up were sufficient for making simple meals. The host Julie responded quickly to communications and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The place is exactly as pictured. I would definitely recommend!

It was our 2nd time staying at this condo! Although it did change a bit since 2018, we enjoyed our stay just as much. We did have a little issue with the cleaning crew leaving things behind, but Julie responded right a way and wanted to fix it. I enjoyed weekdays the most, since it was pretty empty and we had the pool to ourselves. The weekend brought a large crowd of younger people that resulted in cigarette butts and bottles in the pool and on the beach- but that is out of anyone’s control. Location is perfect- walking distance to a lot off food places and the amusement park.

Convenient, Clean & Breathtaking View

Our first vacation to Myrtle Beach was the Best! This was an amazing condo. It has so much to offer. We really enjoyed how close it was to everything and the indoor pool was very nice, along with all the outdoor pools and hot tubs. We walked to most everything and enjoyed the views from the boardwalk along our outings. I would definitely stay here again. I like not having to check in and get a key card. We were given door codes and building codes in our email along with detailed expectations from the owner which made our stay easier.

Wonderful stay, very nice people in the resort!

Great property, I loved the heated swimming lap pool outside in November, and jacuzzis, also the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. The firepit was also very nice on the huge deck, specially lighted up all night. Julie is Great, always available and in communication. The condo has just been redone, with very nice furniture and big screen TV in the living room, and in the bedroom, nice lighting, very comfortable beds and another TV. The kitchen was very nice, Julie was wonderful, I would like to meet her in person next time, in the spring!

Great Vacation, perfect location!

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at Julie’s condo. The condo was very clean and all the appliances were brand new. The condo is on the sixth floor which is the perfect height for a wonderful view of the ocean and beach. The balcony was great for awesome sunrises and sunsets and we saw dolphins a couple of times. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and relaxing in the hot tubs. During our stay management was having gas lines put in for a gas fireplace for the pool deck. Would have liked to been able to enjoy that – there is always next time. Also we liked the closeness to the boardwalk and all the shops and places to eat. Would definitely rent again.

August 2019 – Overall we had a great time

This property was exactly as described and in a convenient location. Many places were within walking distance including the boardwalk, amusement park, waterpark, and even Krispy Kreme & the Donut Man for breakfast. The unit was able to accommodate our needs but it was definitely small. We had to fully re-arrange the living room to pull down the Murphy Bed. Julie was responsive when I let her know about exposed metal on the broken headboard. There is a kitchen, but literally no counter space so that was difficult to eat-in. My kids loved the bath tub & jets! The cleaning crew should definitely check under the couches during their cleaning as we found empty water bottles and candy wrappers. Overall, this is a great unit for a couple or a small group.

This property is in a great location, just steps away to the beach and close to a lot of things to see and do. The pools were beautiful and our condo was very clean. The staff at check in were unbelievably helpful and pleasant to deal with. Condo was just 10 minutes from airport.

The condo was very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed the jetted tub and the view of the ocean. The check in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. There were four of us and we had plenty of room. We could have easily and comfortably had a 5th occupant.

best vacation ever

the accommodations are right in the middle of several attractions but the traffic and crowds are not bad. we decided to extend our stay and even though we had to change rooms we were satisfied with the arrangement. the owner was very punctual about responding to our emails. super clean rooms and awesome views. well worth the money. will definitely return next time we visit myrtle beach.

Great week at the beach!

Condo was spotless and very close to the boardwalk making it unnecessary to drive very often. We walked the beach every day and found over 40 shark teeth and 2 sea biscuits! Owners were very nice and seemed intent on making certain everything was ok. It’s not very often (in my experience) that the owners of any vacation rental are so helpful and personable.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway and this was the perfect condo. The view was amazing, listening to the waves crashing while sitting on the deck was the perfect way to end the day. The kitchen is compact but functional and has everything one needs to make quick meals. The couches are soo very comfortable, several times during our week we ended up napping on them with the sliding doors open, listening to the waves. The owner Julie made the trip for us. She was responsive and so very helpful. We arrived earlier than planned- we drove- and we let her know that we were in the area so she went out of her way to help us get into the condo early. All in all we would definitely stay at this condo if we are in the area again.

Definitely booking again. Our room was nice, clean and came with everything we needed. The property overall was clean. Although we spent most of our time on the beach,next time I will bring comfortable walking shoes for the strip.

Perfect vacation

Perfect location to stay if you want to enjoy everything in MB. The condo is beautiful, just like on photos, enough of dishes to make your own meals, comfy bedroom and nice bath with bubbles!! The resort has few pools all heated, lazy river, kiddie pool and hot tubs, also you walk out straight to the beach. Location could not be better Kingdom Amusment park is few feet away and nice eating spots are walking distance, no need for a car if you want to go to the broadwalk. I could not be happier with the stay and Julie, we even got to meet her in person! Its my 3rd time in a row in MB and i will definitely come back and try to stay at this property. ❤️

Wonderful Stay!

We had an awesome stay here a few days around Valentine’s. This was perfect for us. Extremely cozy and convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and just what we needed. You could see the view from the living room and kitchen. The resort itself was awesome. They had just redone the indoor pool area. The resort is extremely quiet and great for relaxing. Loved the location and view. Had everything I needed. Easy beach access. Wonderfully peaceful in the off season. Parking was close. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was adequate for my short stay.

Well appointed, clean, quiet, and convenient.

Even though it was extremely cold and off season, my husband and two children ages 11 and 15, had a blast. The views are perfection, all the comforts of home are provided. (Bring paper towels that’s the only think we lacked) The beds are firm yet comfortable. The location can’t be beat. If you stay during peak season, this condo is in the best location for all the fun. The pools, there are 5, to include indoor heated with a hot tub, outdoor heated lazy river, wading pool, kiddy pool with slide etc, another slightly heated outdoor pool and two more outdoor hot tubs. All were clean and ready for use. I have many friends who’ve already asked where we stayed and want the info. I will definitely stay here again. Oh, one last thing…Julie the owner is very attentive and quick to respond. She has a lovely condo and will have visitors for many years to come. Thank you Julie.

Cozy place for winter

Stayed in the condo for 4 days during a cold spell of December 2017. Condo very comfortable, clean and had what we needed to keep warm during that time. View of the ocean is spectacular. Julie was very helpful. Would certainly recommend.

Myrtle Beach weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway, and everything was fantastic!!! Everything was so easy from the time of booking through checkout!!! Bars and restaurants were just a short walk up the Boardwalk, or a cheap Uber ride away. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful place

We truly enjoyed our stay at this place. The view is great and we did not want leave the unit. Julie is very flexible and helpful and she let us to change the check in date on the last minutes. The unit is near the board walk where there are restaurants and bars you can easily walk to.

Oceans One- Modern 1 Bedroom

Julie was a great contact from start to finish. She was incredibly prompt with answering questions prior to booking and even took the time to check in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We had a one week stay in her “Modern 1 Bedroom” in mid-September. There was plenty of room and it was clean. Our only complaints were small; there was lots of mold on the shower curtain and a few minor repairs to peeling wallpaper or open smoke detecor. But we considered it the end of the beach season so it wasn’t a big deal. The location is such a great aspect for this property. Easy parking, easy building access and right on the beach! The Oceans One property was great. I think it has one of the nicest pool areas compared to the other properties around it. It was mostly older couples this time of year which was nice, i.e. not a lot of kids around. We would love to stay at Julie’s property in Myrtle Beach again! Excellent stay

The location was great which was right on the beach. It’s close to kingdom family and the boardwalk. Also, this property has an access to the pool, lazy river and splash pad for kids. Our kids had lots of fun. The condo was nice and clean. We will stay again if we come back to Myrtle beach. Thank you, Julie for everything! It was very fun and relaxing vacation for us.

Great vacation spot in Myrtle Beach

We spent 10 days in this apartment during July 2016. We liked that this resort is right on the beach and also at the start of the Myrtle Beach boardwalk. It was spacious and can fit 4 people very comfortably. The living room provides a nice setup to enjoy relaxing nights after a day on the beach. Overall, this condo is very nice and we would recommend it to anyone wishing to vacation in Myrtle Beach.

Stunning! Great views, very modern condo, well kept!

We just stayed in this condo. Julie was GREAT to work with, she was very responsive. The pools were in great condition. We wanted to stay another day but the condo was already booked to someone else (bummer). It was a fantastic stay. Kids loved walking to Family Kingdom Amusement park and waterslide park. Nice condo with a great ocean front view!

My wife and I stayed three nights at this condo. Nice decor inside and a great view of the beach. Pool area is nice as well with wicker lounge chairs. Would definitely condider staying there again. Very enjoyable stay!

My husband and I stayed a long weekend.The condo was very comfortable, beautiful, clean, well equipped. The view was fabulous and really liked being on the 6th floor.The location was great! We didn’t rent a car and could easily walk to many places. We did use Uber to get to and from the airport, Broadway on the Beach and Murrells Inlet. It worked out great. Julie was so very helpful! We highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful view .

Perfect location for walking to boardwalk. Pier 14 I think is restaurant that is Like 2 businesses down is about the only place that has breakfast . Towels are very nice and fluffy. Toilet paper supplied which is not always the case. View is awesome straight look at ocean, 10 steps to beach. Furniture very nice and new. Beds a little soft but nice, pillows excellent. The only problem I had was the thermostat was locked at 69 and I am a very hot person who likes my house at like 59-60 all year round.

This property is an exceptional value! We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay here in March 2016. This condo is beautiful, very clean and well-maintained. Furnishings are top notch. Gorgeous oceanfront view! The pools, hot tub, and lazy river were amazing! The location is very convenient (literally walking distance) to many area attractions, including Broadway at the Beach, great restaurants, and of course – lots of mini golf! Julie was extremely helpful and friendly during the entire booking process. I have already recommended this property to several family members and friends for their upcoming trips to Myrtle!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

We stayed here for a few days this past April and my husband and I fell in love! Julie was such a pleasure to work with, from making sure we made it to the condo ok to making sure we had everything we needed. She gave great restaurant recommendations. We tried Croissants Bistro and Bakery for brunch one morning and were so glad we did! This quaint condo is so cozy and relaxing. The couch was extremely comfortable and the TV was “smart”. My husband and I brought our blue apron box down also and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Julie had everything we needed from coconut cooking spray and himalayan salt, to eco-friendly dish soap. The cookware set provided in the condo was new as well. We were able to sleep in because it was extremely quiet as well, which is definitely a plus in our book!! We have recommended this find of a condo to our friends and family and we will definitely be back!

A perfect month at a perfect condo-

We had a wonderful experience at Ocean’s One Resort. Julie was terrific to work with throughout our month stay. The condo was perfect, very spacious for a one bedroom. The view was incredible. Everything you need is already in the condo, cookware, dishes, towels and a washer and dryer combo. The sectional in the living room was so modern and comfortable with a large flat screen TV.. We spent a long weekend at this condo, and it couldn’t have been any better. The room was updated with many modern features and was clean upon arrival. Julie was great to work with as she stayed in contact with us and made sure everything was going well. The condo is very convenient to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. It is less than a 5 minute ride to Broadway at the Beach, where we spent most of the time taking in all the Christmas festivities they had going on all weekend. The condo also has a great view of the ocean as well as the pier. It was great waking up to a beautiful sunrise. I would definitely recommend this rental and will keep it in mind for another visit.

Beautiful Condo Peggy (Interior Designer)

Being that we are both Designers we can be picky about the design of a condo and this one was the best we have stayed in! The design and comfort of the unit was excellent. Julie stayed in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. We were on a golf vacation and the condo was centrally located between the courses we went to. We always liked coming back to the unit because of the great view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. I would recommend this condo to everyone and we most likely will be back for another visit.

Excellent Stay

Great condo, owner Julie was very helpful before and after stay. Amazing view to wake up to and is about a mile away (walking distance) to Boardwalk. Hotel doesn’t have any type of store for food which was a bummer. Also the pool area doesn’t have a bathroom which makes life a little difficult. Having a toddler that is potty training and being six months pregnant makes this a little less easier. Plenty of restaurant choices in the area. Would be happy to recommend this place!

every we hoped for

This condo was everything we hoped for. It’s beautiful, romantic and practical. The ocean view balcony is to die for, the kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are comfy. It’s located in the heart of “touristy” ocean boulevard, very accessible to everything we wanted to do. To top it all, the owner was very pleasant to do business with. All and all, a very positive experience!!

Amazing experience!

We had such an amazing time! This condo is everything stated and then some! We stayed for a week with our family of 5, including 2 adults, and a 4 yr, 2 yr & 4 month old. We had plenty of room for our family and all our gear. The condo owners were easy to work with and even provided a pack n play for our son to sleep in, as well as sand toys for our older ones, which was really nice. We used the kitchen a lot for breakfasts and lunches. All the utensils & cookware we needed was there. We also used the washer/dryer daily. It was nice that the laundry detergent was also provided, as well as dishwasher packets and dish soap. The condo was very clean and modern. We loved tge jetted tub, and the retractable clothesline in the shower. The view was to die for & we spent a lot of time and every single evening before bed on the balcony. The location of the building is perfect. Right in the middle between Myrtle Beach & North Myrtle Beach. The start of the Boardwalk is one block from the resort, which was amazing. We walked our stroller & wagon along this route a few nights up to the Boardwalk. It’s a quiet walk along the oceanfront and is nice for small children, as all the hustle and bustle is along the main sidewalk. The resort is also very near many beach shops & a small amusement park which has no entrance fee & lots of carnival type things to do. The pools were all nice. Our kids loved the splash pools and the lazy river was a big hit. Of course, the ocean & beach was right there too. It’s much cheaper to buy your own beach umbrella and chairs than to rent the ones on the beach, which were $35/day! The absolute only negative I can mention is that there is no bathroom in the pool area. You have to go up to your room, or to one on the 2nd floor lounge. With kids it was kind of a pain, but really not too big of a deal. Overall, an AMAZING trip! We will definitely stay here again and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this condo!!

Spring chicken

My family loved this place. It was right in the center of everything, so convenient. I can’t wait to get back. I recently looked at the calendar and the dates that I wanted was already booked. I knew that was going to happen. You can’t keep a good place a secret. The owners were great to work with and I never had a moments problem with the staff or any of the employees, everyone was very helpful. I loved parking across the street, we never moved our car. Thanks Julie and Chad—-100 thumbs up!!!!!!

Right in the heart of everything

My recent stay at this unit was wonderful. Easy check in and parking across the street but able to load and unload in front of building. Beautiful modern building with great indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Unit was nice and clean! Nicely decorated. TV in living room did not have the best picture for watching playoffs 🙁 but owner offered to have someone come out and look at it. Great customer service! You probably won’t watch it much anyway because the condo is walking distance to the amusement park, pier, Boardwalk, and of course steps from the beach. (FYI Bring your own chairs and umbrella to the beach because the rentals are too high in my opinion). Would definitely rent here again.

GREAT RENTAL @ GREAT LOCATION

We had a fantastic vacation staying at this one bedroom condo at Ocean’s One. The view from the 6th floor balcony was gorgeous and the condo was more than we had hoped for. It is very modern and was very clean. It had all the amenities we needed including the full kitchen; the Murphy bed was fabulous. We used it for company two night and we used it several nights ourselves; with the slider open you could hear the ocean waves all night long! It was beautiful! The pools were great and you are only steps from the beach; great rental at a great price from great owners! We hope to come back next year!

This condo is absolutely fabulous!!! You are right in the heart of Myrtle but have all the modern conveniences and privacy of home! Room was quiet and peaceful and the ocean was beautiful! Loved the full kitchen and jet tubs!! Extremely relaxing and the resort has mineral pools!! This condo was well stocked with everything we need! The ocean was wonderful to listen to with the doors open, or the room could be quiet. Tastefully decorated! The owners were a pleasure to work with and very responsive to my needs.
