Notes
This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home. This condo is non-smoking, including no smoking on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas at the resort.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

… remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service… If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach, and this condo made it even more memorable! It was even better than the photos. The view from the condo is absolutely incredible, and being right on the beach was amazing. The beach is just steps away. You simply walk past the hot tub, indoor and outdoor pools, and the lazy river, and you’re on the sand. There is also a convenient shower on the property to rinse off the sand before heading back inside. One of our favorite memories was walking the beach at night with a flashlight looking for shark teeth. If you want to relax on the beach during the day, chairs and an umbrella are available to rent for about $50 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The location, amenities, and breathtaking ocean views made this a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach! Thanks

The place was more than what I expected. It is beautiful and very well maintained. I feel like we got a real deal when we stayed here. We weren’t expecting a kitchen and a washer and dryer. That was just perfect. The view from the 21st floor was breathtaking. It’s centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The beach was beautiful, and so was the pool. Can’t beat the 21st floor right on the ocean. Our host was very friendly and very welcoming, while also giving good places to see and eat at. Place is close to the boardwalk and easy walk to get to the boardwalk, restaurants and lots of stores around. Quite enjoyable stay. Place was clean but just washed down the floors when I got there. If I had any problems I just reached out to Julie and she always responded within 20 minutes if not sooner. Good place to stay.

Great place! The view from the balcony was amazing. Sunrise directly in front of us. Even saw dolphins. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Had everything we needed. Excellent location ,beautiful view, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Get off the elevator and you are at the pool and a few more steps the Beach. Pool was cleaned and inviting.Beaches are well maintained you can rent chairs and umbrellas or bring your own, which we did. There are water activities nearby (Parasailing, Banana boat rides and Sail boats for rent) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly go back.
