This was our 2nd time at Oceans One, first time with Julie & Big Fish Rentals. We love coming here because everything is at your feet. The stunning beach, pools and hot tubs, fun for kids. Beautiful spot, just like the photos. Nice & spacious. We will definitely continue to stay at this spot as long as its available! Weather was fabulous, amenities worked great, we are used to bringing what we need & what we find helpful ( dryer balls, laundry soap, garbage bags, dishclothes, sponges, shampoo etc). Until next year! 10/10

This was our 2nd time at Oceans One, first time with Julie & Big Fish Rentals. We love coming here because everything is at your feet. The stunning beach, pools and hot tubs, fun for kids. My family and I really enjoyed our stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, being right on the beach is definitely a huge plus, the pools, hot tubs, and lazy river were all pleasantly nice. The variety of restaurants and different activities being so close to the hotel was also amazing! We will definitely book another vacation here!

Excellent location

Excellent location. The condo was the perfect place for our family with 2 teenage kids. Rooms on opposite ends of the condo made a nice layout for a family. Great views. Easy check in. Nice pool and hot tub. Awesome beach. Walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The place was everything we needed. Host needs to work on communication. Lots of automated messages.

Condo was spacious and modern. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Ocean views were amazing and it is an excellent location. A ton of stores, restaurants, and entertainment within a 15 minute drive.

My stay was exceptional. The location is unbeatable just steps from the beach with stunning views that made every morning feel like a getaway. The unit itself was spotless upon arrival, clearly well maintained, and exactly as pictured. The photos are truly accurate and reflect the space perfectly. The host was incredibly responsive throughout my stay, answering questions quickly and making sure everything went smoothly. Their communication made the experience even better. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely book again.

The room and place were just like the pictures. We have used Julie with Big Fish before and their instructions often get confusing; like they have a set email that goes out to everyone that rents with them (the email says stuff like your code at the top of this email, and then I am looking for a code that doesn’t exist and having to text the host just for them to respond “you’ll get it at check in”.) Outside of that the location is great, right on the beach, deck was good sized, beds were super comfy! Really liked the resort as well, Oceans One had a great pool area and lounge chairs (nice quality). All in all we would go back for sure.

I went for mother’s day and this place was amazing. The condo was in a good location close to everything, it had all the necessary items needed for the stay. The boardwalk was 9 minutes away. The communication was terrific. The ocean view was beautiful. Great place, great experience and all in all amazing time altogether. Highly recommending this place.

Generally speaking, my husband and I are planners, but we decided to make a last-minute trip to the beach for spring break. My husband says I have unreasonably high expectations for lodging so I was skeptical that we would find something to meet our needs on such short notice. This unit met or exceeded every expectation that I had! the views are absolutely breathtaking and this unit has everything you need to feel right at home and is squeaky clean. I personally enjoyed the ocean view from the king size bed in the master suite and surprisingly enjoyed the city view from the dining room. Julie was very responsive and there were no issues during our stay.

Our stay was awesome. Beautiful views from the large balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. Washer dryer was available making going home much easier. Perfect 2 bedroom apartment felt like being at home.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The condo has breathtaking ocean and city views, with a wraparound balcony that makes you feel like you’re on top of the world. One of my favorite parts was being able to lie in bed and watch both the sunrise and sunset over the beautiful ocean—it was magical. The space was spotless, comfortable, and even better than the pictures. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with unbeatable views, this is the place. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The room was as described. The view is great. Parking is easy. The building itself is not brand new, but the room is in excellent condition. Lastly, you can walk to the beach in <5mins.

This location was perfect right on the beach. The outdoor space had so many options. There were indoor pools ,outdoor pools, kids area with a slide, lazy river and a shaded 1 foot pool. Free parking across the street was very convenient.

Oceans one is and has always been my favorite and booking through air bnb is my preferred choice. I’ve stayed at multiple air bnbs at oceans one and Julie’s was one of the nicest ones. Julie’s place is the perfect getaway! The decorations make the space! The beachfront views are insane from the living area and master bedroom. The amenities are wonderful as well. Julie was quick to respond when we needed additional information about check in and accommodated a late check out so we could enjoy the beach a little longer. Highly recommend!

Overall good condo. Cozy and had everything that we needed. Only thing is the shower curtains. white fabric curtains held moisture which made mold happen quickly. other than that, everything else was great, beds were comfy, sofa was good, washer and dryer served its function. Parking is on a lot that is across the street from the condo building.

we had a wonderful time. condo is very nice and clean. beds and pillows are very comfortable. and I have a bad back so that says alot. Julie is quick to respond and very sweet and helpful. price for what you get is great. I love that you have to have a code to get in the building. I Felt very safe staying there. all the pools are heated. loved that. and lots of lounge chairs. Definitely will stay again. Thanks Julie we loved your place.

We stayed only 4 days. The weather was chilly & windy so we didn’t venture out but did relax a lot. The condo was as described & we really enjoyed ourselves. I did send a message saying a 2nd tea towel & a drying dish rack would be helpful & also there were no hot pads or oven mitts provided.

First of all if I could give 10 stars I would I’m not from Myrtle Beach my son birthday was Saturday and I decided too do something different so we took a 4 hour drive in the middle of the day so we arrived ate and found Julie’s place and booked the response time was almost immediate. The place was exactly as described and we loved it so much so we booked another night immediately. The view was stunning the place was so amazing and had everything we needed, I’m so pleased I can’t wait to book again. Thanks again for the perfect stay 10 out of 10!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place. Beautiful view and great location. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only hiccup in our stay is that the room next door to us (not owned by Julie) violated the non-smoking rules and unfortunately the cigarette smell traveled into our room through the vent system. We did alert Julie to this and she very promptly reported the issue to the building. We were disappointed that the building didn’t seem to care to handle the issue, as it persisted throughout the stay. Julie did all she could to help keep us remain comfortable though. We would absolutely still return for another stay!

Julies place was exactly as pictured and described in description. The location is amazing! very close to many restaurants and stores in walkable distance. The amenities were great! We didn’t bring kids this trip but they would have loved it! The pools, splashpad, and lazy river were amazing! The place was literally steps from the ocean. The view was amazing from the master bedroom and the balcony! The views throughout the place were amazing as well. I will definitely stay again. The only issue I had was the cleaner didnt properly vacuum the place before we arrived. Julie responded right away and was willing to have the cleaners return but we chose not to have them return.

This place is cozy, beautiful interior , peaceful and the view is wonderful. Julie and team were responsive to any of our questions , good in overall communication and clear instructions. We had great fun with family. Only thing I would say is to increase the checkout time to 11 am at least or 12 would be great . We would definitely like to stay here again.
