Notes
This resort has an oceanfront pool deck landscape with palm trees. The swimming pool is extra large and lined with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a lazy river that wraps around an island with palm trees and a neighboring kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall. Inside there is a pool and a hot tub to enjoy the view of the ocean during the colder months or to enjoy the shade.

Note: 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort’s parking.

Hi Julie, we really enjoyed our trip. It was a perfect space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Couldn’t have asked for a better set up for cooking at home and eating on the balcony. Only suggestion: it would be nice if there was a way we could leave behind any unopened food items so they could be donated or given to a food bank.

The property is spacious but a little better cleaning is necessary. The bathrooms were clean but the floors, doors and windows were not at all. Some updates are needed. I would have gave five stars if the property was cleaned a little better. Overall, the communication was excellent and the space with roomy. The location is very convenient and just a few walks to the beach.

Everything was great, the only negative was the tiny shower heads with very little pressure. The pool/hot tub area was a little run down, but my kids enjoyed it. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. Beds were comfy. Kitchen don’t have a pizza pan or cutter, so bring your own 🙂 otherwise would 100% stay here again!

I traveled to Myrtle Beach for my birthday on 9/5. Words can’t express the feeling you get from waking up every morning with the breathtaking view of the ocean. I loved the fact that it was on the 17th floor. Even though I lost one of my AirPods due to my charging case dropping on the balcony and only being able to save one 🤣🤣🤣 I really enjoyed my week long vacation. I can’t wait to come back. I really recommend Mrs. Julie and her team. They are really wonderful host.

We enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for our group of 8. Easy to get from room to beach. The balcony was my favorite part. Seeing the sunrise from it was beautiful. Julie sent us great information and her communication was quick. We would recommend to friends and keep this place in mind for future beach vacations!

A very nice place with great views. The parking garage has direct access to condo floor for convenience. Unfortunately it rained for our entire stay so I can’t comment on pool or beaches. Easy ride to restaurants and attractions.

We had a wonderful time, wish it was available for the whole week. Awesome location with convenient amenities offered at the hotel like pizza, ice cream, bar/restaurant and store. View of the beach was amazing. Close to attractions and clean. Pictures provided are accurate and host was super responsive! Would definitely stay again. If you are staying in the north tower where there are condos and not the hotel rooms you do not check in to the front desk. You can go directly to the unit.

Julie’s condo on the 17th floor in the North Tower was exactly like it was described in her listing. The location is perfect for going out and getting to local attractions and restaurants. we enjoyed our stay so much that we were Blessed by being able to add an extra day to our stay. Julie and her staff were quick to respond to any questions that we asked and very professional and polite with respectful answers. The view from the wrap around balcony was beautifully breathtaking where we retreated to every evening after our day’s plans. I would highly recommend Julie’s 17th floor condo to everyone who is looking for a stay to remember! Thank you Julie for providing the greatest Airbnb we have experienced so far.
