Lounge by the large, newly heated oceanfront pool or spend some time in the indoor pool or relax easily in the lazy river or hot tubs, and kids will love splashing and playing in the kiddie pool! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping the shore. For an additional fee, we can even stock your fridge.

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.

The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.

Resort Quiet hours are 11 pm – 7 am.

Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

… remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service… If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

The location of the condo was excellent was on a corner. It was private. We really enjoyed it. The views were outstanding and the sunrises were unmatched. We had a great time. The elevator is terribly hot. Someone needs to put a fan in it.

Endless ocean views from the balcony! The pizza from the restaurant on site was delicious and meant we didn’t even need to leave for dinner!

The view was amazing

The view was amazing. The check in not so much. I received a text a few days before leaving for our trip from knoxville to Myrtle Beach that I had an outstanding balance. I reached out to Big Fish to resolve and they sent me a response of we are good to go.We arrive at our check in time and 45 min later they tell me we cannot check in due to an outstanding balance. I had to send pymt info twice, an hour and a half later we got checked in.After that ordeal, our vacation was great. I would stay at the same resort but would question Big Fish.

This place had beautiful views. Very clean, well appointed. Although, the kitchen sink faucet was loose and couldn’t get hot water and one remote didn’t work . Other than that it was perfect. Will definitely try to get this suite again!

Overall, the location and view were great, and the staff were friendly. However, we had issues with early check-in that weren’t resolved quickly, which was stressful with kids and a dog. Be aware that privately owned condos don’t allow use of pool/beach towels, so you’ll need to bring your own. The condo itself felt dated and could use a deep cleaning—however, you are right on the beach in a dog-friendly condo, so some sand and dust are to be expected.

The space was perfect for us and our furbaby, JoJo. We needed some good rest and relaxation. The furniture and beds were comfortable and we slept like a baby. We’ve never stayed this high before and once we stepped out onto the balcony it was a wow moment, not to mention the ceiling to floor window view was breathtaking. The view is nothing but God’s creation and the peace it gives you is enough reason to stay here. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Blessings!

It’s a very nice spot for a get away good they allow pets and it’s close to a lot of activities the front desk people are really nice helped with any issues or questions definitely would stay again the only bad thing in my opinion of the stay was the bed was really hard couldn’t hardly sleep but besides that it’s a great cozy spot

Julie was a wonderful host

Julie was a wonderful host! our room was as described with a beautiful view of the ocean from every window. Kitchen was well equipped . We had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to move the armoire to the back wall and move the beds closer to the window so you can see the ocean and sunrise in the morning from bed.

I would have given 5stars for views and location, unfortunately the cleaning crew leave a lot to be desired. When we arrived there was popcorn on couch and top of stove was dirty. The baseboards and doors were dirty and very dusty, even the wood on dining chairs and stools were dusty, as was the heating/ac unit, the area behind the bedside table looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since place was built. Previous comments about cleanliness state apartment is deep cleaned but I would not consider this deep cleaning, perhaps a new cleaning crew should be hired. As I wasn’t there to clean someone else’s apartment we just dealt with it. The wash hand basin in bathroom seems to have a clog as it didn’t immediately drain and faucet in kitchen moved each time you had to turn on water.Apartment is also showing its age as paint was chipped on walls and baseboards. Also guests should be told to bring their own toilet tissue as there was nothing in apartment but an empty roll.

The view was incredible

The view was incredible. Front-row seat for the sunrise every morning —it is breathtaking.

Second time and as always our stay was wonderful. Puppy friendly, very clean, wonderful beachy interior theme with all the amenities. Add to that an incredible view and you have a small slice of heaven!!! Hoping to get a room on the Tippy Top 19th floor next time!!!!

Clean unit, beautiful views!

We’ve stayed at The Patricia Grand for the last 5 years because we like to travel with our dog so the resort is what you would expect for a pet friendly resort. The unit we stayed at was clean on arrival and had everything we needed for the week (towels, linens, utensils etc). The view from the balcony and full glass window was beautiful. We got clear view of the dolphins every day and could watch the sunrise from the room. Anytime we needed anything we got a quick response from Big Fish. We had a great stay in this unit.
