Everything was just as described

I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Myrtle Beach, and this one is by far my favorite! ❤️ Great location, super clean, and the hosts are wonderful. We’ll definitely be staying here every time we vacation in Myrtle Beach from now on! 🌴☀️

The instructions to get into the room were confusing. You need to click the link they give you to get the info you need. Airbnb info alone won’t tell you. They also didn’t have the room ready for early check in but I’m fine with it because I’m getting a refund. I’m giving 5 stars because the location was perfect and the room was very clean. You can walk to so many great restaurants and the boardwalk is right there.

Very nice condo very close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Julie was very responsive and extremely helpful with any question we might have. Condo 208 was very clean and was everything we hoped it would be.

When we first arrived we had a little confusion with parking but got it all sorted out very quickly. For our condo we didn’t need an official parking pass, just had to write our unit number, check in and out dates, and Big Fish Rental on a piece of paper and leave it on the dash when parking in the lot. There had been a massive thunder storm and torrential sideways rain hours before we arrived that had caused alot of rain to get in the corridor to our unit. When we stepped inside we realized the unit next door had flooded and some of the water had come into our unit from next door. We were concerned our stay would be ruined but we contacted Julie and she had housekeeping and maintenance there in quick time to take care of everything. The condo is small and the furniture is a bit dated but everything functions well and the site is great. There is an on site coffee shop, outside pool bar, multiple pools, small lazy river and more. We were happy with our stay.

Worth the price. Located so that once we were there, everything we wanted was walkable. We were rained out one day and were very comfortable inside for that day. Although the water feature in the kid’s pool is loud and the property plays music, both for 12 hours a day, which drowns out the sound of the ocean.

Better communication on how the parking area works. Once I figured it out it wasn’t anything crazy but there wasn’t any correspondence about the process (where to park, if I needed a parking pass, link to the parking area system)

Julie with big fish rentals was always responsive and willing to answer any questions we had. The space was cozy but it was a little smaller than I had expected. That didn’t change how I felt about the stay though, with a toddler it wasn’t the most ideal. Great for someone solo or a couple! The scenery was beautiful, the amenities were plentiful and the experience was worthwhile! I would absolutely go through Julie for another stay in the future.

This was a very family friendly place. We rarely used our car. There were so many things nearby. The hotel bar was amazing! Julia was so responsive whenever I had a question! Would definitely recommend other others.

Great location! Beautiful view of the ocean with a short walk to the beach. The room itself was nice, spacious, and clean. We had some issues with our parking pass, but Julie was very helpful with getting it figured out.

Very nice place and location and met everything g we expected.

Overall the air bnb was very clean and a beautiful place to stay. But I did add a day to check in and paid for it and it ended up being a a huge issue where I had to get air bnb involved because the host kept saying my payment was not received and kept trying to charge an extra $60 even though I sent my receipt and that on my side everything was good to go. It was inconvenient to deal with it all on the day of check-in when all the host had to do was double check, and I never received an apology for this misunderstanding.

This a fabulous little gem on the beach. Some reviews mentioned noise. We were here in January and noise was not an issue.

Julie was incredibly responsive. We only had a problem with the Tv which we were finally able to solve. But overall the unit was great!

The room was exactly as described, in the perfect location if you love hanging out on the boardwalk. It is the perfect little couples retreat/weekend getaway. We had a great weekend and will definitely book this location again!
