The resort’s central location offers easy access to stores and a variety of activities. However, during peak times, especially holidays, it can become noisy. If you prefer a quiet environment, this may not be the best choice for you. Please be aware that during busy periods, particularly around holidays, you may experience noise when entering the condo from outside or if you leave your balcony doors open.

Access to the gym, business center, breakfast area, and laundry facilities may be limited.

We provide an adequate supply of towels for your convenience.

Neighborhood
This unit faces southeast, offering a fantastic view of the ocean! It is ideally located near the boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, the airport, and various dining options, golf courses, bars, entertainment, and more, all in the heart of Myrtle Beach. We hope you enjoy our apartment as much as we do! Best of all, it comes with free Wi-Fi!
Access
This unit offers keyless entry, on-site parking, and complete access to the indoor and outdoor pools and spas located on the basement level. However, the gym, breakfast bar, business center, and laundry facility are not available.
Space
Upon your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions for checking in and out of the property. With keyless entry, accessing your accommodations is made easy. Please note that you must complete a form to receive a vehicle tag from the resort, as parking is limited to one vehicle due to restrictions.

Additionally, access to the gym, breakfast area, and laundry room is restricted during your stay.

You will be provided with two rolls of toilet paper, six sets of towels, four washcloths, and all necessary bed linens.

We really enjoyed our stay. My granddaughter had a great time using the lazy. River and all three other pools that were available. Close to shopping restaurants and right on the beach with an ocean view. Great pricing for what you get. I will definitely be using this again.

We had such a great time here! The place is right near the boardwalk, many restaurants nearby and things to do. Condo is matched description and pictures, no surprises 🙂 Great working AC, which was very important for my husband lol. My son loved that he could hop from pool to the beach to the lazy river and back to the pool! There’s a great little bar on the premises which was a bonus. We would definitely recommend this place and return here!

Great location

Great location! The host responded quickly to any questions, and the beach is just a few short steps away. Great setup for a family of 4 to 6, and only 10 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. There is an event every night right outside the property, plus plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. You get great views in both front and back, and the pools were wonderful, allowing for swimming even during storms.

You get what you pay for and this Airbnb is worth every cent!! The property has a beautiful ocean view and it’s right next to all of the boardwalk attractions. The pool, lazy river and hot tub are such a bonus considering the winds (during my stay) can be much too high for little ones to enjoy the ocean. Julie responds instantly to answer any questions or concerns and will put your tired, traveling mind at ease. 9.8/10 My family and I recommend! We would love to visit again!

The location was great, and the host was very responsive. However, we had to send a message to get the room code after paying for early check-in. Upon arrival, we found a dirty towel on the door, and the bathroom linens weren’t provided at check-in. Julie responded quickly, but we didn’t receive them until the next day. Additionally, since only one key was provided, it was challenging to do things independently and had to constantly make arrangements to meet up so we could get to the room.

We go to Myrtle every year in October for the 5K/half marathon. We don’t always stay at the same place due to availability, pricing, location, or distance to the starting line. Highly recommend staying here! It was just blocks to the starting line – a great warm up distance for many, the price was reasonable, balcony view of the ocean (my little and I LOVED the wooden chairs on the balcony), and the clear and concise communication from Julie put it over the top for us. Looking forward to staying again next year!

Cute place, great view. Julie is a superhost to the fullest extent. Fast and clear communication! The wording in the contract and welcome email seems unfriendly (extra charges are a real thing was written about 10 times in one email) but Julie is definitely friendly. The view was awesome, the two chairs on the deck were comfortable. Indoor and outdoor pools are a hit with the kiddos because of storms that always seem to pass through. Lots to do in the area, we went for the All Ripken baseball tournament which was only 8 minutes away. Thanks Julie!!!

My husband and I with our 2 kids (ages 9 and 11 yr) stayed at Julies place for 4 nights 4th of July week. At first there was a little bump with parking permit which is not Julies fault at all, but it all worked out. The condo was larger then what we thought it was going to be which was nice. View and location you can not beat. There is a large Murphy bed vs a sofa bed which we were happy about (it a comfy) and then 2 more beds in the bedroom. Condo was clean and the essentials needed for the 4 nights were perfect. The tiki bar was amazing with all the fun bartenders. Music at the pool was great. Pools great except the lazy river which seemed cloudy but again no fault of Julie (likely the hotel side). I didn’t usually write reviews but I had to for this condo which was great and perfect for a family of 4. Will definitely stay here again. Thank You Julie for your quick communication & sharing your condo. Hope to visit soon

Such a beautiful condo! The view from the balcony was perfect—you could see the pier and the entire beachfront. The location was super walkable and close to plenty of great restaurants and entertainment, including Riptydz and the giant Ferris wheel. It was also just a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, which made for a fun day trip. My only complaint is that the condo didn’t provide beach chairs or an umbrella, which would have been convenient. Overall, we had an amazing trip and would 100% stay with Julie again!

Beautiful Views

This one bedroom condo was perfect for the three of us. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The amenities were awesome. We had a blast. What a great location in the middle of everything with great views. We will definitely visit again.

I love Myrtle Beach and I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel because it’s right in the middle of all the fun stuff and oceanfront. With two (full or queen, not sure) beds in one room and a Murphy bed in the other, a kitchen, bathroom, 2 TVs, it was plenty of room for our family of four. Two pools, kids pool, lazy river and hot tub plus the beach of course. And so convenient to shopping, boardwalk, food. Parking wasn’t plentiful but adequate. Owners are very communicative and instructions very clear. Price was very reasonable for such a great location. Would definitely book with this group again!

Only had 1 room and a half of toliet paper in room

Only had 1 room and a half of toliet paper in room , contacted owners said only supply starter toliet paper .there was 4 of us, so had to get more toliet paper , had a issue with the door not locking right as well , had to hold latch in the inside up for it it lock . Needs some upgrades enough towels washclothes and toliet paper for stay would have made it much nicer . Room is alittle dated but in a great location, (if you dont like noise might not wanna stay here , there are some rides that sit right accross the street and can hear the screams til 1 am most nights but didnt bother us so much

Great location

This is a great location if you want to walk to shops and entertainment. It’s right on the beach! You can rent umbrellas/chairs if you want. There’s a bar by the pool…easy walk from beach chair. The place is older…clean enough. We found a great parking spot when we got there, but decided to Uber places bc other people couldn’t find parking. Right on the boardwalk which was great for when part of the group wanted to beach and part wanted to shop. Communications was great with rental company. East check in and check out.

Myrtle Beach Getaway

Accommodation were perfect. Loved being directly on the beach. Only concerns were the sheets on the first bed were stained. We only needed one bed though. Husband had some issues with the TV but he figured it out. Lastly the inconvenience of taking the trash across the street. No other concerns. We really loved the unit and would stay there again.

Excellent location! Met my family’s needs! Myself, husband, and 4 kids (9mo, 3, 12, and 14) had a 5 day stay. The oldest 2 kids slept in the bedroom and my husband, myself, and the baby slept on the Murphy bed enjoying the wonderful view. My toddler went back and forth between sleeping with the older kids and in the room with us (we brought a twin size air mattress). The door between the bedroom and kitchen as well as the door between the living area and kitchen helped with privacy when changing. The noise was loud in the bedroom area but tolerable. A toy fell behind the Murphy bed’s headboard and that wasn’t too clean but everything else seemed to be cleaned well. The beach and boardwalk were easily accessible. We were in walking distance to multiple restaurants. We loved the pools, lazy river, and hot tubs. Hubby said trash disposal was bad. We never had to contact the host. I felt the contract and multiple emails with rule reminders were a bit much but would stay again.

We were in town for Carolina Country music Fest. We had stayed in the same building last year but at the other end. Loved the condo we were in but it was very noisy. Totally out of control of the hots. This one was as quiet as one can be for it’s proximity to bars and restaurants but not on top of them. We will definitely book again.

Everything about this place was AWESOME! VERY clean, ocean front, close to everything you need. We loved all the pools (heated). My son loved the fountain pool, lazy river and the bubble pool (hot tub). Check-in was very easy. The staff was very nice and helpful. We felt at ease and at home. The view was beautiful. Family Beach Getaway

Our daughter wanted a beach vacation after graduation. This was the perfect setting. Beautiful sunrises from the deck, safe boardwalk and neighborhood for exercise, clean beach for swimming, so enjoyed fishing off the pier and the shore, plenty of fabulous food, we enjoyed several local concerts in the evening. There are also several fun indoor activities for a rainy day. Perfect location. Condo was very comfortable for all 5 of us. Management was easy to get a hold of and offered ideas on where to go in the area.
