Please treat yourself to everything that our condo and Beach Cove have to offer, you won’t regret it!

Notes
This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.

Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, and starter supplies (trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper).
Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.

No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please note: The indoor pool is temporarily closed due to a pipe leak. The A-Tower pool is currently open, while the B-Tower pool will be closed for approximately 7 days for post-season work.

Great place to stay, highly recommend going direct through Beach Cove Resort.

Positive: The property was amazing. Great pool hours. Everything very clean. Negative: The company we went through to book the room. My husband got scheduled to have a heart catheterization unexpectedly and the refused to refund our money. I understand it was no refund but I think there should be exceptions like a medical emergency or death in the family. Situations happen that people have no control over. He postponed it because if not being able to be refunded, he refused to lose his money. Thankfully nothing happened to home while we were there. Also no one answers the phone when you call. I had 2 separate numbers and no one answered, you had to send a text message. This was through a company called Big Fish Rentals. Very disappointed in them. We will be booking through someone different when we go back. This has nothing to do with Booking.com they tried to help us get refunded.

The condo itself was wonderful—clean, comfortable, with a great location and lovely views. Our complaint was with the check-in instructions and the building elevators. First, the check-in guide identified Buildings A, B, and C, but failed to specify which one housed our unit. When I messaged to clarify, I was told they’d would need to get clarification but never followed up, and no one answered when I called, so we had to guess, thankfully we guessed right. (BTW- It’s in building A) Second, the elevator situation was frustrating. For a building this size, there aren’t enough elevators. They are slow, lack air conditioning, and are constantly packed. We frequently waited through 2 to 3 full rotations, spending 10 to 15 minutes waiting in a hot hallway only to board an equally hot elevator. While we loved the unit itself, the building logistics and elevator delays definitely took away from the overall experience.

This is the second time I’ve stayed with Julie, she is super quick with responses and has everything ready in the unit when we arrive. We lived this hotel and all the pools and hot tubs. The room was great had everything we needed. Hope to stay here again!

Everything was great except I could not get in until EXACTLY 4pm

Everything was great except I could not get in until EXACTLY 4pm. I drove 18 hours and arrived a couple hours early and had to wait. That seemed pretty nitpicky to me, especially during the off season when the resort was not at all busy. Otherwise everything was great.

It was a great stay. Great a. E oties. Beautiful beach. The only thing was the T.v.was not the service they had printed on Ine and listed on kitchen counter. Dissapointed in T.v. Service. No spectrum to be had as advertised. Everything else was top notch.

Our experience at Beach Cove was fantastic, thanks to its convenient location near major restaurants and shops. However, with two on-site restaurants and two bars, there was little reason to venture out. The indoor pool was a decent size, but the outdoor water amenities truly stood out, offering a delightful experience. One of the highlights was the late closing time for the water facilities, allowing us to enjoy evening swims every night. If you’re seeking a hassle-free family getaway, this is definitely the place to be!

We paid $100 extra to get there at 12:00 instead of 4pm, but we weren’t sent the email with check-in information early. They sent it shortly after I emailed them about it, but we had to wait to get in, which I wasn’t pleased with because I had paid the extra money. Positive comments about this place: it was a very cute condo and was very clean. There was plenty of space for our short stay and the aesthetics were nice. I think a small oven, even a toaster oven, would be a good addition to the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Girls Trip

We had the best time! This was pretty much a last minute planned trip for me, my daughter and my mother to celebrate my daughter’s sweet 16. The condo was amazing and had everything we needed to make our stay easier. With the fridge and burners, we cooked every night but one. We did have to go out for some good fresh seafood one night while we were there. Julie was great. She checked in with us a couple times during our stay to make sure we were ok. Awesome condo and very affordable especially during this peak season. 100% recommend Big Fish Rentals. We will be using them again!

This was a beautiful condo, very calm and relaxing with a great view of the ocean. Just a few minutes and you’re at the beach. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and even took advantage of the tiki bar by the pools. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed at this location as my husband had a golf tournament at Barefoot. The building is a bit older (not uncommon in the area) but overall the unit is very clean, has free covered parking, and its location on the beach is worth it. There is a LOT of information provided ahead of time via emails and there is a rental agreement & hold they will put on your credit card as a deposit. The whole thing experience was very simple and easy. I will note, as many others have, the wifi is terrible despite there being several connections available. I used my hotspot instead.

Julie and her team responded quickly to all of our questions. We really only had 2 issues. I wasn’t able to print the parking pass at home (printer issues). The HOA office was closed and the front desk wasn’t very helpful. The other issue was that the resort was replacing one of the elevators and the wait time for the elevator was long and crowded at times.
