We just added this newly remodeled oceanview condo at the Sand Dunes Resort. It’s on the 11th floor and has a large private balcony. It has one king bed and four full beds, and can sleep up to 10. Sheets are provided. It has high-speed Wi-Fi, a high standard of cleaning, and free onsite parking. The indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs are great amenities.

Sand Dunes 1108 – 3 Bedroom

We just added this newly remodeled oceanview condo at the Sand Dunes Resort. It’s on the 11th floor and has a large private balcony. It has one king bed and four full beds, and can sleep up to 10. Sheets are provided. It has high-speed Wi-Fi, a high standard of cleaning, and free onsite parking. The indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs are great amenities.

Notes
This resort has an oceanfront pool deck landscape with palm trees. The swimming pool is extra large and lined with plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a lazy river that wraps around an island with palm trees and a neighboring kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall. Inside there is a pool and a hot tub to enjoy the view of the ocean during the colder months or to enjoy the shade.

Important notes:
– This condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

– Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort’s parking.

You’re also just a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley’s Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. And you’ll find many other popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping nearby.

Located in Sand Dunes Resort this 3 Bedroom Condo has AMAZING views of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen, dining room, living room, and main bedroom! This condo can sleep up to 10 people! Bring your friends or extended family on this vacation with you! This condo has three bedrooms and two full baths. The kitchen is updated with full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, and is furnished with cookware and dishes. There is a washer/dryer for your clothes in this beautiful condo as well! Everything you need to make this vacation more convenient and restful.

Note: this condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.

We really enjoyed our stay while we were at Myrtle beach

We really enjoyed our stay while we were at Myrtle beach. There was room for our family to spread out. Julie was very responsive when we asked questions about the resort. We did feel that the floor was not super clean when we arrived. We took our shoes off at the door just like we do at home, there was already sand on the floor when we took our shoes off. We understand it is a beach town. I messaged Julie about a broom and we found it next to the fridge however there was no dustpan for us to use with the broom. We also felt that some of the walls could be updated. Parking was typically really easy. One night we had an issue as the parking garage was full and so we had to park across the street and walk with our three little kids. Overall we were pretty happy with our stay and would likely stay again!

The place is perfect to be with the family. The view is amazing from the balcony. The resort has everything you need, gym, restaurants , bar, coffee shop, ice cream, pizza, everything. But if you are a person who exercises like me, the resort gym did not meet my expectations, there were no Dumbbells, but at least they have cardio machines.

No issues checking out, I believe I was talking to a bot most of the time I got offered early checkin for a price and wanted it but never got it confirmed so I waited an hour to check in since no one ever got back to me about the check in. other then that it was a great place

we stayed ther for 2 night we follow the instruction given we brought our great attitude. I cooked breadfast , lunch and dinner at the condo. Our 1st Family vacation ❤️ celebrated 3 birthday’s 🎂 and quality time. left all negative vives out .Love our 1st experiance . the door in one of the rooms was difficult to use but inform the owner. we are tinking of makeing this a yearly thing . wish they hd some board game or card games to play for the kids. even a chess board . Julie’s place was beautiful. It was a typical resort stay with some things that were out of this unit owner’s control, but the room itself was wonderful. Everything we needed to enjoy a very busy travel ball weekend was at our fingertips. We really enjoyed the kitchen and bathrooms and were pleased to see we had everything needed for preparing hot meals in the evenings and coffee in the mornings!

This place was exactly as described. We were sent very clear instructions on check-in/out and the expectations of the guests. Sand Dunes resort as a whole is not pristine, however it has everything we were looking for. We were there in the off season and it was very empty, however during busy season you will likely deal with a lot of human traffic (trouble finding parking, waiting for elevators, etc). Only complaints are the floor in the room was dirty and would stain our feet black if we walked barefoot and there was not any common kitchen supplies (paper towels, dish soap, dish sponge, etc). No worries just make sure to bring these items if you are staying here. Overall it was great for the price and I would stay there again.

The condo was very nice and tastefully decorated. The beds slept well, and though we didn’t cook I noted the kitchen was basically stocked. Washer/dryer was a plus as well. The view and convenient location were both great! I do want to note that after I signed the Agreement I received an email stating that the incorrect cleaning fee had been charged and I had a choice to pay an additional $105 or cancel the lease altogether. This did not sit well with me – being charged for a mistake I did not make, and I expressed that to Big Fish rentals. However, I did pay it and they thanked me for my understanding. In my opinion as a vacation rental professional in another popular beach destination, this was a missed opportunity to provide superior customer service. There were a number of potential fees for this or that, but at least no one can say they weren’t warned because they are in all caps and highlighted in the communications. Despite the bump with the cleaning fee, we would stay again.

What a beautiful stay. All communication was responded to quickly and kindly. Host was very supportive. View was incredible. Our stay was great. Kitchen supplies (pots/pans/etc) were there but limited. There was construction upstairs but only during the work day, it was very quiet at night. Overall, great stay, great location, great host.
