Notes
This room does not allow smoking. This is not a hotel room; it’s a condo that the owner owns. Treat this like you would your own house. Although nobody is always on-site, we will try our best to address any issues as soon as they come up.

Take note: 1. Please be advised that the waterpark and lazy river that are located behind the parking deck are not accessible from this property. Furthermore, it is not possible to use the Family Funzone / Game Room. The resort’s other aquatic amenities will remain available to you.

Fabulous location, right next to the ocean! Enjoy walks on the sand, swimming pools, and on-site dining options! Market Common, IMAX Theatre, Ripley’s Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach are all within a short drive away. A short drive gets you to many of the area’s well-known restaurants, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions.

This was a fantastic last minute rental for my daughter and I. Everything was clean and things were stocked for us to use. The beds are comfortable, along with all the furniture. The oceanfront view is amazing. Julie was awesome and very responsive when I had questions. Have already recommend it to others and will be booking again!

very nice unit. great location. spacios bedroom and living room. the 2 sinks is very useful. variety of kitchen appliances. the building has a lot of trollies to move in your stuff the food downstairs is surprisingly good and resona priced.

The beach access is right next to the building so if you have a lot of stuff it’s super easy to get to and off the beach! It was definitely worth it

Pros: Great condo at the Sand Dunes Resorts. Perfect beach view from the balcony. Host is responsive. Cons: check in instructions were confusing about the location of the room. The floors and balcony needed better cleaned. Overall this is great budget friendly condo for your beach vacation.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our recent trip to Myrtle Beach. We stayed for a week with our two young children and found the space to be more than enough for our needs. The unit was clean, exactly as described, and very comfortable. The highlight for me was the stunning view from the balcony — I could have sat and watched the ocean for hours. It truly made the stay special. The resort itself was very kid-friendly, and although we didn’t have access to all amenities, this was communicated clearly ahead of time, so we were able to plan accordingly. Location was very convenient. Julie was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely rent from Julie and her company again in the future.

Everything about the place was amazing nice and clean…only thing that was not up to par was the pull out bed it had crumbles in it also it was candy paper and a sock behind the couch. But other than that the place felt like home I didn’t have any problems. GREAT LOCATION!!!!

This condo was ideal for my daughter, her best friend and me! The location was great and not far from restaurants, shopping, etc. The beach was just steps away too! The only thing that could be an issue for families is the lack of an oven! Luckily, we had no issue eating out. LOL We definitely had a great stay and would recommend this condo to others!

I had originally planned a girls’ weekend, but it ended up turning into a solo trip. I was a little nervous at first because of the change, but once I arrived at the condo, I was so relieved—it was amazing! The space was even bigger than I expected, right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sunset. The kitchen had everything I needed, and there was plenty of seating. There was a small issue with the shower, the team was quick to respond and very kind. Overall, a 10/10 experience—I would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for the entire month of November and it was wonderful. The condo is well appointed and the view is amazing. It really felt like a home away from home. We had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here. While I loved the beach vibes and relaxing feel to the apartment, the beds and sofa were the least comfortable I’ve ever come across. The resort as a whole is very nice with pools, a gym, a little store, and restaurants/bar. The beach is right out the door and there is a ton of things in walking distance or a short uber ride away. I wish I would have booked an extra night the day before because it would have been cheaper than the price I paid to check in 2 hours early. So if you need an early check in or late check out, look into booking an extra day for a stress free experience.
