This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Note: The indoor pool area is now open. Please note that Spas 1 and 2 remain temporarily closed for replastering. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation while maintenance is being completed.

Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located in the back of the property; and no access to 40-foot-tall waterpark! There is also no access to the onsite Starbucks, food, and bar at the pool and mini-golf.

This was the perfect spot for our anniversary trip of 16 years !! We had a an amazing stay at Landmark resort in Myrtle Beach! The pools and lazy river were the highlight of our trip. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and there were plenty of options for both kids and adults to enjoy. Being able to go from the pools right to the beach made the experience even better. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The resort had a fun , family-friendly atmosphere, and we always found something to do without even leaving the property. I highly recommend Landmark Resort to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach. We made wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back !!!

The view was magnificent and just like in the picture

The view was magnificent and just like in the picture. The building is a little older but it is perfect, and the location is ideal. the price was absolutely wonderful for a tenth floor, oceanfront condo. and even though i wasn’t a part of the resort as such. the staff were very helpful and friendly. Julie was very attentive and responsive I would definitely stay here again.

Location and room was exactly as described in the posting

Location and room was exactly as described in the posting. Amazon views and location for the price! There were a couple of complications, one completely out of the hands for the listing agent. We had a power surge that shut off all electricity because of blow dryer and microwave use at same time, however front desk was able to very quickly resolve. Another issue was the key card used for insurance to certain doorways and activities do stop working the last few days, this did cause some extra walking around the building to access the beach, and parking garage etc., but not necessarily something that would prevent a future stay. Luckily, we had already experienced the pool and did not need to access those doors and did have to go to the store for something because of lack of entrance to the snack shack. The front desk was unable to accommodate this issue. Overall still a five star stay. The remainder of the benefit of the location and views and of course the price was worth everything.

As advertised. It’s an older building, as most are in this area of Myrtle Beach. The unit could use some renovations. That being said, the balcony and ocean view, makes the unit. Price reflects the needed updates and area and is well worth the price. Pools looked inviting and all staff I encountered were professional and kind. Host was readily available and gave extremely clear instructions about check in and check out responsibilities. Would recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

This place had a beautiful view. The room was clean. This is placed in a resort with multiple pools and jacuzzis. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. Environment is and feels secure. Security personnel discretely onsite. Very family oriented environment.

Julie was Amazing! Everything was just as she said it would be. It was even better than having a reservation. We didn’t have to stand in a long check in line or worry about extra charges the hotel may add. I just recommended her to one of my Bible Study friends. I am a school teacher and plan to use her again this summer.
