This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Note: 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort’s parking.

What a wonderful gem! We booked last minute for a little getaway and everything was great! They have multiple pools and play areas for little ones, the furniture and beds were comfortable and clean, everything was as pictured. The balcony chairs could use an update and that our only complaint. A clean, friendly, wonderful place. Julie was helpful and responsive when we needed!

I could give 10 starts if I could. Julie is EXTREMELLY friendly and responded my requests within minutes. The apartment is great. You can easily walk to the pool and to the beach, litterly 15 to 20 steps from the pool to the beach. Also the apartment is very clean as has everything you need to have an amazing time with you family (they even have a boogieboard to the kids). The kitchen also is great to cook quick meals. Parking is easy and you have great restaurants around. The place is 15 minutes from the board walk, 15 minutes from the outlet and 5 minutes from Publix and CVS. So … you will have everything you need close by. Please pay attention to the instructions they will give you via email and notes inside the unit. They are straightforward and very important so you don’t get extra (unpleasant) charges. So again .. this place and JULIA deserves 10 stars.

I had a nice time there. 3 minutes to the beach. The Condo was clean, except for the slice of pizza that was in between the mattress & box spring. I emailed Julie & it was taken care of & she was apologetic. Other than that, it was a very nice place.

Very nice apartment. Two bathroom sinks came in handy. Laundry in apartment was very convenient . The kitchen cabinets needs to be updated. Beautiful view of the ocean. The furniture is very comfortable. The mattresses should be replaced. Although they were comfortable I would stay here again

Property management was excellent

Upon arriving we turned the heat on and left the unit it was below 40 degrees outside, we got back to unit around 11 pm.. heat was not working unit was 60 degrees inside. After double checking settings and giving it more time, I texted PM at 11pm at night. They immediately responded, gave me options and we were able to use the auxiliary heat to get the unit warm. They had someone out the next morning to address the issue. Definitely very pleased with the reaction time, the follow up and the assistance

This was our second time staying at this same condo, it was very nice and clean and homey! there are a lot of rules which i completely understand so we brung our own washcloths, hand towels, blankets pillow’s, and toilet paper lol just to make sure everything went smoothly ! also theres a nice little restaurant down in the lobby that has great service and food!

I have no idea why there are any negative reviews on this place.This location was great because its safe and clean.Julie was in regular communication throughout the stay. Its very simple to read the instructions in the agreement and follow them.Not complicated .Certainly not anything thats asked that is out of the ordinary. Just common sense requests that you would ask if it was your place.This is privately owned so you dont deal with the resort. Bring your own extra towels. Bring paper and cleaning products. Everything else is there.There is a stove top but not an oven.Washer is a bit loud The place was clean and met my expectations as a mom of young kids. I would absolutely stay again.I like that the bedroom has a door and that you can get to bathroom without going thru the bedroom if kids are sleeping. If you want a clean economical stay with plenty of space and fun (not brand new, but very nice) decor and furnishings nice indoor pool/ hot tubs same floor as condo, this is for you!

We planned a last-minute trip to Myrtle Beach, and Julie’s place was as described online. Private Log In with a corner view of the ocean. I like the wake-up with my cup coffee and listen to the ocean. It overlooked the pool but can still see and hear the ocean from our balcony. Julie was very responsive, which made it so convenient. Thanks for having us, Julie. I would totally recommend her place.

Really enjoyed our stay. Can see the beach from the balcony, and walking access to the beach was super convenient and close. Place was super clean and we had everything we needed. However, there is a door that connects over to the neighbors, and we had really loud ones (which had nothing to do with Julie) but just beware. Never had an issue with parking. Julie and her team gave clear, and easy understandable instructions for everything. There is also an indoor and outdoor pool, with built in restaurants, convenient store, and arcade for family fun! In a great location for other fun eats and activities (nothing is too far away). Would definitely plan another stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for the weekend. Easy access to the beach and the resort has many amenities, you just can’t use the water park. We really enjoyed our stay. Only negative, I left items that were important to us and felt the team was not as accommodating and were done with me since my stay was over. I felt like I had to pester them and received short responses. I acknowledge my fault in forgetting my jewelry case and headphones but I don’t feel like there was great communication post check out. When asked if they could let me know if another guest found them, I was responded with “I will try”.

Loved staying at the beach condo, however, the parking garage is extremely tight and harder to navigate through if you’re driving a bigger car. Other than that, fabulous place to stay and would definitely stay again.
