NOTE: Beach Pest Service performs routine pest control in the building on the first Thursday of every month and guests must allow access to the unit.
Important Notes:
– The waterpark beyond the parking deck will not be accessible from this property.
– The unit next door (Room A) and this condo share an AC control system. For both air conditioners to function, the thermostats must be set to the same temperature and settings.
