This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Note: Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort’s parking.

Condo was as described. Space was comfortable and close to the beach. Restaurant on site was reasonably priced. Julie was fast to respond with answers to questions. My only suggestion would be to be add some new items to the kitchen. The can opener was broken and we didn’t realize it until we went to use it mid week. Also add more silverware. With those additions the property would be perfect.

I was overall happy with the rental

I was overall happy with the rental. Very worth the price I paid however, unless I overlooked it, there was nothing informing me that the sand dunes resort did not allow motorcycles in their parking garage which ended up costing an extra 70 dollars which is not a huge deal but on principal. Unfortunately this would prevent me from using this particular resort in the future.

Great stay, the beach was easily accessible, it was bit confusing at first to navigate, only be a we had to take 2 elevators. There were also some left over stains that clearly can be washed off…. Other than that the place was great! 😀

I’ve been going to Myrtle or North Myrtle for years and this was the best place. The check in/check out was easy. There is plenty of parking, elevators all around. There is a pizza and sub café, a bar restaurant, an outdoor pool, an indoor pool. You can literally park your car and never have to leave. The kitchen was too small because we like to cook and there wasn’t an oven but other than that, it was great.

Exactly as described & pictured. Beautiful direct view of the ocean. There is a tiki bar & multiple restaurants inside the building itself. The room was clean. Instructions from booking to check in & check out were clear & easy. Julie answered any questions we had. I will be booking with Julie and Big Fish Rentals from now on!! Ms. Julie was responsive everytime I have questions. My family enjoyed the pool and beach which is only few steps away. Everything u need is just few steps away, stores and lots of seafoods buffet to choose that only takes 5 to 10mns drive. My favorite time is morning walk along the shore, the sand is soft and comfortable for a long walk. We will definitely come back. thank you🥰

Do not listen to the negative reviews you see on here! Not gonna lie they had me worried when I was driving down there but this place was actually really nice and exceeded our expectations! Host provided everything we needed to ensure we were comfortable during our stay, and she always responded promptly and kindly when we had a question. Location is another plus because you’re far enough away from the seedy parts of Myrtle that you feel safe but not too far away that it’s a hassle to go and do things. Would totally stay again! People on here complain about all of the rules and possible extra charges but it’s not a big deal if you just listen! For example, there’s a $75 fee if you don’t change the tv input back…well maybe just change it back or don’t watch tv because you’re on freaking vacation people! What a novel idea!

Verification process was kind of a pain. I was surprised they didn’t ask for shoes sizes. The hotel was fine. The elevators are slow and the floors don’t make any sense. You press five and stop on seven. The room itself was perfect for our needs, just a couple of cracked tiles and peeling paint, but very clean. Wi-Fi works great. Indoor pool and hot tub are salt water and open till eleven -that was nice. The coffee bar and restaurant are super slow, but good when it gets there. Little convenience store on site for the things you forgot. Staff were wonderful. Plenty of beach access and beautiful view. It’s actually on the fourth floor (or maybe 3rd it’s very confusing). Overall it suited us fine for a short stay, just some minor quirks. For the price we were perfectly happy with the room and would do it again.

The condo was great! Felt very private and peaceful with a great view of the ocean. restaurants located downstairs in case you didn’t want to brave the traffic. Outside pool and an indoor pool. The condo was definitely my favorite part as it felt like home and just pure relaxation and bliss ! 10 out of 10 !

My family and I had a great time in MB. Julie’s place offered a spectacular view at an affordable price! The only mishap was needing to have the linens changed out and the co host responded promptly and had a cleaner out within 30 minutes. We enjoyed being able to cook in the room to save money, and that the facility had indoor and outdoor swimming. Would book this stay again!

Originally a solo trip turned into a besties getaway. The space met our needs perfectly. It had everything we needed and easy beach access. The balcony was our favorite! Usually they’re tiny but this one has plenty of room. The only thing I would recommend is comfier chairs for the balcony. The unit is on the corner on a low floor so there was occasional noise from delivery/maintenance workers below. It didn’t affect us, but may be important for other guests to consider. This is the second unit of Julie’s I have stayed in and she and her team do a great job!

Greatly enjoyed our stay with Julie! The space was amazing and the view from the deck was perfect. Being beach front was also amazing! We could get to the beach easy and quickly get back to the room to reload on sunscreen and snacks. The unit is on the end of the building so it was extremely quiet and away from everyone allowing us to relax. Julie and her team were easy to get ahold of with questions and the check-in/out instructions were easy to follow. Looking forward to staying again! A great room, amazing location, and well priced.

This is the perfect place for a Girls trip! It is squeaky clean and has lots of space and mirrors for getting dressed and ready. The view and natural lighting will make you smile right away! Julie is a wonderful host, super informative, attentive, and proactive with needs 🙂

I loved my stay here! The view of the beach, sunrises and sound of the surf were right outside. The terrace was excellent for sitting with coffee and/or wine. I loved the fact they had regular good ole cable, so I could watch the classic stations, and the NFL Playoffs. There is a wonderful bistro style table and chairs bedside the bay windows, looking out over the sea, perfect ambiance when eating. The condominium complex it is in has a great little store, restaurant and small pizzeria, so you can simply go downstairs for meals or a nightcap. And the small store also sells beer and wine. There are excellent grocery stores, like Publix close by, and Pizza Hut delivers really fast. The shower was excellent, with a rain shower style head. I would definitely stay here again. As far as Julie, she and her team of people responded to every question or issue quickly and were very friendly.

I stayed here for a week for last minute get away and was not disappointed! It was clean and well maintained! The view was gorgeous and had a large balcony. the area was not as crowded as it is staying further south, so it was very peaceful and quiet. The only thing I could possibly say is there were no hangers as little drawer space. Which wasn’t a huge deal to me, so overall I was very happy! I would stay here again!

Great Location-Place Needs a Little Care

We loved the location and the view from the balcony is the best! The resort is fun and the staff in the restaurant/bar areas are great. The condo itself needs some sprucing up of bedding and decor to make it more comfortable. Bath towels are great though!
