Note: 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

The Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Dishes and pots and pan, silverware, plates and bowls. Towels and wash cloths and had dishwash soap and samples of shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Washer and dryer. Nice place to stay. Coffee pot to make fresh coffee. I loved this. Had some seasonings with salt and pepper. Ice maker in fridge. Dishwasher if I didn’t say. Great price also. It’s the best place I’ve stayed at the Beach. I’ll stay here again. Owner is just a phone call away.

The condo was clean and in the heart of everything. We had a wonderful time and really didn’t have to leave the resort with all the wonderful activities that were happening on the main floor. We enjoyed the arcade, diner, indoor, and outdoor pool, which were steps away from the beach. I definitely would recommend to family and friends.

We had a great time! Unit was very clean! The Sands Resort was really fun place! There wasn’t a kitchen cloth to clean counters. Other than that we had a great time! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our three night stay! The two restaurants at the resort were both great and so convenient, as was the convienence store on location. The condo was nice and spacious with a nice updated kitchen. The resort was quiet after hours. The view from the room was great – love the wall of windows! My only complaint about the resort itself (not Julie or the condo) is the indoor pool was lacking (small, dark, and a light was dangling in pool) and the two indoor hot tubs were over-treated with chemicals to the point that it burned your skin and nose and when you turn on the jets it bubbled up like soap. But the outdoor pool and lazy river were great and it didn’t rain at all so we were good. Julie was a great host and was responsive and very thorough and detailed.

When I arrived the condo was still being cleaned. The guest before me had crashed the place and cleaner did the best she could to get cleaned. I couldn’t check in condo until an hour after cleaner fixing cleaning. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the view and everything was wonderful.

The stay was awesome! Beautiful place! Was very clean when we arrived! Julie was so great and quick response on any questions I had! Location of the room was perfect! Only thing I have to say is the parking deck is very tight parking for bigger suvs. But overall I would most definitely stay here again!

Unfortunate circumstances occurred and I needed immediate accommodations, this was absolutely perfect! Julie was very friendly, helpful and responsive each time I reached out to her for anything. I highly recommend and would definitely rent with Julie again.

Everything about our stay was incredible , the view the room. The only issues we had was the balcony door doesn’t lock. I had to keep a big eye out on my 4 year old daughter from opening it. But other than the door Julie was amazing , and it was overall a awesome get away condo🤍

The place was great for the price! Loved the location and the large space in the room. It was right on the beach which was very convenient. The space was mostly clean with some signs of aging (black stuff between the shower wall and the regular bathroom wall). Be warned there is a separate contract to sign outside of the app and a 150$ deposit required. The kitchen tools were slightly limited and didn’t provide dish soap.

I went to so personal business in Myltre Beach and I got this apartment and I was amazed, super clean, comfortable, all you need, to cook, wash your clothes, beautiful view!! And all works great. Very private and quiet, lots of parking and accessible and friendly, kind people everywhere. I will visit this place again for sure, because I did not use the pool or went to the beach for a swim but is a great place and for the price, wao !

My family really needed a vacation and this was a great place to take it! We felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with what you needed to cook. There was enough room for my family of 5. The location was peaceful and the beach was NEVER overcrowded. Only a 10-12 minute drive to South Myrtle beach where there are many fun things to do! I would and have been recommending Julie’s condo to everyone. Book today and you will not be disappointed.

Felt right at home in this place , stood here with my daughter for a few days. Right on the beach, the Place has two pools you can get into. Everything is close by either walking distance or take a cab for those who don’t rent a car. Truly enjoyed my time here , would recommend
