This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Note: 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

Note: Motorcycles are not allowed in the resort’s parking.

Lots of restaurants and just a few minutes away from plenty of shopping options. Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, etc. Very family friendly. We talked about how it would be a good place for our sons and their growing families to stay.

We loved it here. The condo was very clean. It’s right on the water, which was great! The facility had lots to do with restaurants and bars near by. We would love to stay again. Julie was very helpful and clear on the check in and out instructions and was available if we needed any recommendations. We highly recommend!!

Our week stay was amazing. Julie made sure check in went as smooth as possible, as well as checking out! Never had a problem finding good food or things to do. The location was surrounded by fun things to do! Little did we realize there was an entire convenient store in the mall. Very cool and “Convenient”. 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Although you are given instructions on what to do when checking out, they are very thorough and not a big ask. Don’t let anyone discourage you from staying for those reasons. One of our favorite parts was the view and that it was right on the beach, with easy access to the ocean. My only complaint would be that the resort building you stay at puts up a lot of rental beach chairs and umbrellas which we didn’t want to pay for because we had brought our own. Other than that, everything was great!

Absolutely LOVED staying at Julie’s! Everything was very clean (a broom is provided to clean up the inevitable sand throughout the stay). The most comfy bed/pillows EVER. Stunning view. Exactly as described and depicted. Quick response and thorough instructions/expectations. Walk right out and you’re at the beach 🏝️ The Sand Dunes Resort in itself has great amenities: pools (open until 11pm), shaved ice by the pool, karaoke at night by the pool. If you use a hairdryer religiously – I would bring one since the one provided isn’t the best. Will definitely be back! Thanks! 😁😁

We loved the balcony- able to enjoy the sounds of the surf and beautiful views. We were close to so many things it was possible to walk everywhere. Our space was private, comfortable, and convenient. It made for a very relaxing trip.

The place is very nicely located we stayed there in the winter and the beachfront view was still amazing. The only part that caused us stress was the overwhelming amount of emails rules and regulations that were communicated outside the app stating different fees for different potential things that may go wrong. Thankfully in our experience nothing went wrong but it definitely added unnecessary stress.

Julie’s place at Sand Dunes Resort was perfect for a few days away with my daughter. Everything was just like the photos. Sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee was a wonderful way to start the day! The room was clean and there was no problem with our check-in/out. The beach was very quiet this time of year so it was really great! We could even walk to one of our favorite restaurants, River City Cafe! We really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay with Julie again.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay. The place was very clean and had an amazing view. Towels/wash clothes, soaps, conditioner and shampoo was all Included. I have used Airbnb numerous times and they usually never included this stuff. Julie was very quick to respond, normally within 10 minutes of me asking a question. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an over all good stay! We were surprised that there was no shower curtain or liner so we had to pick one up. This was not a super big deal, but was a surprise from us when the host claimed she knew it wasn’t there when we checked in and no offer to correct it. Over all no big issue and we loved being right on the beach.
