It was a great location and a great find. Definitely would stay again and would definitely recommend. Julie was a wonderful host and answered us in a timely manner when we would have issues arise (just a hot water issue). I absolutely loved everything about this place and I loved the view. It was such a cozy place. I wish I could give 10 stars as this place was amazing.

This was exactly what I needed. Julie was very sweet and quick with responses and I felt very safe staying at the condo. It was lovely, and I’d definitely book it again!
— Jennifer
It is very nice place and Julie replied very quickly and very supportive.
— Huimin
We stayed here for my sons 4th Birthday and the place was beautiful and totally worth the price! Will be staying here for now on! Honestly the best air bnb!
— Brianna
the layout was perfect and the resort had many things to do and loved they had events on different nights and staff was friendly and helpful. i would definitely stay here again and will be back next year!
— Carol
Great place! Very clean and quiet. We could see the beach clearly from our patio! Would 100% come back!!
— Grace
I really loved the look of the apartment. It was so very bright and comfortable. I didn’t however like the outdoor walkway, it was very scary for me, but, my apartment was right in front of the elevator, so I only had to walk the scary walkway once. I was there for a short time, so I didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the space as I would have liked. It was so close to the beach and had a really lovely restaurant near the location. I would definitely come back.

So many wonderful things to say about our quick trip here at Myrtle Beach the location was amazing, right in the beach, the amenities made the stay that much better. Our own beach access, pool and restaurants came in clutch. Love the space we had and having a kitchen when traveling with a family is a must. I would definitely recommend booking this place, we will rent again!!! I would advise to the parking can be tricky do to the small parking garage, but they did have multiple locations to give you some where to park.
— Jesse
Julie’s place was perfect for a quick girls getaway. Great location, and lots to do. Perfect beach getaway. You can hear the neighbors come and go, but nothing a sound machine at night can’t fix.
— Sara
Had a great, comfortable stay. Place was as described and pictures are accurate and everything was working. Is nice to sit out on the balcony and view the ocean and beach. Thank you!
— Catherine
Second time staying here and it was better than the first! Can’t wait to come back, somthing about waking up on the ocean that sooths the soul!
— Jesse
Julie was great to work with. She answered quickly on any questions or concerns we had. The room was nice and view was great. Plenty of room for 4 people. Check in was hassle free except for parking. It would be nice if the parking spaces were a little wider for trucks. We parked in the parking garage. We did eat breakfast in the restaurant located in the hotel which was good. Pool was nice. The elevators made me a little nervous. The doors acted like they were sticking when opening, we were on the 7th floor and one of the elevators numbers were not showing correct always showed floor 5 when it stopped on floor 7. The floor in the bedroom seemed to be coming up and was almost spongy like when you stepped. I did take picture of it and sent to Julie.

We had a great time on our vacation staying at this place. We have two children ages 6 & 1 and they had a great time, we all loved the condo, the beach and the outside pool. Two highlights was 1- the convenience of being on beachfront and 2- having washer/dryer in the condo – it made everything easier and pleasant. The condo was neat and clean, just as described. We cooked everyday and found all we needed in the kitchen. One negative aspect was the shift in the crowd staying at the resort. At first it was all more families, but in our last two days the crowd was pretty rowdy and we were glad to be leaving.
— Cecilia
Me and my wife enjoy our stay. Everything was fine but the AC isn’t the best .
— Randell
We enjoyed our stay at Sand Dunes resort. Our host Julie was very helpful throughout our entire stay. The condo was very clean and the resort was very nice and kid friendly!
— Courtney
Julie was awesome! Responsive and the instructions were clear! I would most definitely make upcoming reservations with you Julie! You’re awesome!
— Angela
This was an amazing stay! The ocean view was beautiful from the balcony and the sofa. This place made us feel right at home. The host was absolutely amazing and very responsive, if we had questions. She left a list of things We can do in the area, Which was amazing if you’re not from the area. She’s an outstanding host.
— Logan
Wonderful spot. Very convenient. It was nice to have the amenities of the resort and the comfort of a condo. We would definitely stay again.
— Katherine
Place was clean had a great stay!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb during my recent trip to Myrtle Beach. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and close to all the great restaurants, shops, and attractions the area has to offer. The space itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a cozy yet modern vibe. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and the living room was super comfortable for relaxing after a day at the beach. The balcony offered a stunning view of the ocean, and we enjoyed sipping coffee in the mornings while watching the sunrise. Our host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, providing detailed instructions for check-in and offering local recommendations. They really went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The amenities were top-notch, with a pool on-site and free parking, which made things so much easier. The bed was comfortable, and we had plenty of room!
— Abigail
Everything was amazing ! Super clean. Beautiful decor. Awesome side view of the ocean. Julie was very nice and professional. Super responsive . I would highly recommend staying here . Definitely exceeded my expectations.
— Darianna
Definitely was an amazing place to stay , very clean , neat smell really good . A good view of the ocean will be booking soon .
— Chquitta
We’ve been renting winter months vacations in Myrtle Beach for more than 25 years, and this one really stands out. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Everything worked (appliances, hvac, lights etc.). We had no complaints, and the washer/dryer was a very much appreciated bonus. We had no occasion to contact Julie, so we can’t comment on the response. Our only problem on arriving was caused by our misinterpration of the key instructions as we tried to open the key lock box rather than the door keypanel. The unit is at the far end of the building from reception and the main elevator banks, so the foot traffic is mimimal and it is directly in front of a single elevator which gives direct access to the beach, the pool, and the parking lot. Perfect!
— Gene
Place was very clean and had a separate sink area to get ready! I loved that! Easy to get in and plenty of space for overpacking.
— Debra
Great stay, I was really impressed with the accommodation – so close to the beach and everything was great.
— Ronan

We really enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so relaxing! The view from our balcony of the water was great. The condo was roomy and the resort had varied amenities.

Nice clean place. Beds are just full size. Room close to trash compactor with noise very early every day. Walls are thin so could hear neighbors. Nice view of ocean.
— Kimberly
The place was just as advertised, clean, quiet and great location. The host was very responsive and helpful.
— David
Julie was great at communicating and quick to respond. The place was very clean and nicely decorated! Super convenient building with stores and places to eat both inside and nearby. We loved that the beach was so close. My only other comment about the area is that is does get super crowded. Overall, we would stay again!
— Anna
this was our second time at this property and always a great place to stay clean and right next to elevator
— Jackson
— CHRISTOPHER
Place was beautiful, clean, and everything that was posted.
— Rachel
We had the best week here, everything was super clean. The room was spotless, clean towels, and lots of clean dishes. Around that area there were great restaurants from breakfast to dinner. I recommend staying here! I will definitely be back.
— Amy
When I walked in, I was surprised on how big her place was and the view from the sliding doors of the beach simply amazing! It felt like home. The only thing I would say is that we had to fight for a good parking spot lol but other than that I will definitely be back and looking for more of her places.
— Demetris
The place was exactly as Julia described: beautiful, clean, and had everything I was looking for. It only took a few minutes to walk to the beach, and there were plenty of things to explore around. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Julia.
— Rosane
Very nice clean place
— Daniel
This was a great stay! Location right on the beach and everything we could’ve needed within. The renters were so helpful. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. When we got to the rental there was next to no dish soap left. The next day, dish soap at the door. Could not beat the price as well!!!!! So much so, we stayed an extra night we did not plan for 😉
— Kendra
Very clean and homey place loved it!
— Taylor
True to listing. Great amenities. Parking garage was a little tight for Tahoe and spots hard to find later in the evening.
— Jessica
Enjoyed my time here! Julie was very communicative from the start and instructions were very clear and I will definitely book with her again!
— Nakia
If you are considering this place DO IT! It’s everything the post says and more! We enjoyed it so much and felt at home. It’s super clean and I loved the decorations. I stayed several nights with my husband and we can’t say nothing bad or negative! We will definitely be back! Thank you Mrs Julie!
— Danielle
I would highly recommend!!! I had decided last minute (in less than 12 hours) to take a 3 day trip to Myrtle Beach (14 hours away) with my mom to get away from St. Louis and destress and think. Julie and team made it easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions for easy access to our unit. The unit’s ocean view and parking was perfect and the abundance of surroundings activities to chose from were exactly what I needed to have lots fun with my mom. Thanks Julie and Team. We will be back soon.
— Tammy
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again in the near future!
— Kim
Beautiful condo. Loved how close it was to everything.

It was perfect for our stay. Super clean which is most important to me. Described just as is and actually had more room than I thought based on pictures. Would definitely stay here again!
— Nicole
It was exactly what I needed. Felt right at home. Quick to respond to all my text messages
— Aila
No complaints with the stay. Rooms were clean. Amenities were available as described in the listing. Location is unbeatable – an elevator ride and few steps – you’re right on the beach. The resort has a waterfront restaurant with breakfast buffer, pizzeria, ice cream parlour and an arcade.
